Had the smoked meat share plate, very nice cocktail too, had the Pantry Paloma and 2 deserts: NY cheesecake & key lime pie. Customer service a bit of a let down this time, I mean try showing up to work in NOT your daggy ripped jeans and baggy jumper? A bit of more professionalism from our waitress would have been appreciated, a bit too laid back

The menu was extensive. We had a party of 4 and we all enjoyed different dishes. No one was disappointed. We all recognised that the serving sizes were substantial. The service was warm and friendly. We have no doubt that we will be returning. We are really happy that we have The Texas Pantry as an option in a suburb close to home. It can be a hassle when going to dinner at North Hobart or the city. It is closer to home and if we should choose to drink the cab fare home would be less expensive. The meals came together and quickly. The prices of the meals were fair and reasonable. What can I say. It was great! Thank you.

Always have a fabulous meal at Texas Pantry. Great menu selection and the ribs are to die for! Never have room for dessert but I’ll have that Key Lime Pie some day :)

Today we had the chicken burrito with waffle fries and potato salad it was yummy. Cant wait to go back again and try the ribs.

Very friendly service and the waffle fries pulled pork nachos were amazing! Mains were large I had the beef short rib and my husband had the full rack these come with 3 sides. We couldn't finish but everything was good quality.

:-) The food was generous in serving portion and the staff were fantastic. Our birthday person even got a gift of a dessert. The Texas Pantry is only small...so book ahead! We will return! Thanks TP for a wonderful feed and service.

Great place certainly need to book if going there on a Friday/Saturday night as restaurant very popular and small in space. We had ribs which were superb,great sauce. We are Canberra and this place equaled or bettered any similar type we have been to on the mainland.

We were welcomed with wonderful service, delicious and plentiful food paired with lovely wine. The dessert was devine. We were out the back area and this could have been heated more and the music could have been a tad louder, but otherwise a gorgeous place and I'd thoroughly recommend it.

Amazing service, huge meals that tasted absolutely delicious and they weren't overly expensive for what you get. Lovely atmosphere and layout throughout the restaurant. Very busy! Definately recommend booking in advance!

Fairly quiet and cosy place. Waitress was very friendly and happy to suggest menu options. We shared a platter which was nice to be able to sample a few different foods. Food was quite quick to come out but didn't feel pressured to finish up and vacate the table. Overall, was very nice.

OMG the lamb ribs are the biz. Make sure you have a comfy sofa waiting, cause when the food coma hits. It hits hard. Love this place.

fantastic service, fabulous food. will be going back. Enjoyed the fact that it is a small restaurant, therefore a great quiet place for intimate dining, or for the hearing impaired.
