Had a pleasant experience with good food and service. Overall it had an authentic vibe which I appreciated.

Great view from our table up on the first floor and the robot food delivery was very unique and fun. Delicious gyoza, but tofu and eggplant was sensational.

Not impressed with the weekend surcharge and double dipping of surcharge each time we ordered. Eg. Drinks top up

While the sashimi was great the tempura was bad. Not tempura. Coated in a heavy batter it was bad. The teriyaki chicken was cooked chicken with sauce thrown on it ordinary.

Drinks were left undelivered and 2 people at our table didn't even get food. We left after half an hour of waiting and asking the staff. Don't bother going unless you have a lot of time to waste if they stuff up your order. The Okonomiyaki was cheap. More like sushi train Okonomiyaki, not like proper Okonomiyaki.

Surely it is time you can order with a waiter. The fact I was told to pay for a appetiser whilst I was waiting for someone was just foolish…I was there for a full meal and this pay by item approach makes the experience poor. Remove the QR codes and serve guests - a robot does not cut it either .

Chicken Katsu was to die for, however was busy and loud even on a Sunday will probably get takeaway next time!

Price was reasonable and portion was okay, presentation however was a bit messy but food was reasonable for the price

Had a meal with a group here. The seperate ordering was convenient. Food and drinks were good. The robot was nice; did not see much of the serving staff. The weekend surcharge was a surprise, but we could have potentially known this beforehand.

Unfortunately they didn't give us a bigger table so it was a little squishy haha. But it was decent, my friends were happy with the food :)

Very busy area but you can't go wrong with the food! Both sushi and main dishes are great and is good for a quick lunch stop in the CBD!

I absolutely adore this restaurant, the atmosphere is beautiful and the food is just amazing. The staff are really nice and also efficient.

Generally good execept not hot temerature Miso soup. Miso soup should be at hot temperature.

Had a great night. Beautiful food and loved the robot waiter. Would totally recommend the Nasu Tifu Don. Only criticism was noise of other diners upstairs. Two tables were so loud my Apple Watch gave me a hearing warning like I was at a gig! Maybe opening the windows might diffuse some of the noise. But this was a one off, other experiences have been great

Simple seating layout, easy going vibe and super amazing food.

Food was cold, $13 for a 380ml beer, everything came out at different times. Won’t be going back

The food was tasty and budget friendly. The Japanese Sparkling wine was a surprise favourite for the night and the little robot that delivered the food to the table was lots of fun

Super fast robot service, got seated within 5 minutes of arriving. I dont think food is super japanese authentic but delicious nonetheless.

The food was great! But it was hard to get an actual waiters attention! The call button didn't appear to work, and all food was brought by a cute robot (who couldn't answer our questions).

Food was tasty and fresh - quicky served by the robot! We had sushi, sashimi, octopus balls, veggies goyza.
