We are very happy what we experienced in Shinbashi last night. The service was very attentive and thoughtful! I would preferred to be served dishes little slower as the plates didn’t quite fit on the table.. Overall, we are very happy about shinbashi and will be back!

Great place to dine at with the traditional Japanese seating option! The food was high quality albeit some of the meat still seemed frozen/needed to be thawed out

The fire of charcoal was served too quick to heat up. The temp of the baking tray was too high, and the wagyu was almost burnt and sticked on baking tray as soon as it touched charcoal...

We have dined at Shinbashi a few times now and every time the service has been exceptional, but this time I felt the need to leave a review because our server Darren was absolutely phenomenal. He ensured all our food and drinks were served promptly, was always there when I looked around if I needed anything and his genuine personality and work ethic along with his identical twin brother Ryan (who after a few drinks I couldn’t tell them apart) they made our night one to remember. We brought along friends with us tonight after constantly raving about how awesome Shinbashi is and we all left in agreeance that our time tonight was amazing, the food the service everything was 10/10 and I just want to thank Darren. We will be back and we will Back and we will continue to bring our friends along with us so long as servers like Darren are there. He truly made our night. Thanks Darren!

Their website states all you can eat for 90 minutes but didnt even tell us its not available on Sundays. Even called them to say theres 7 people and we are changing it to 7.30pm for all you can eat and they say thats fine. Sit down and to be told its only on certain dates. Maybe they should change their website and menu including their staff if theyre gonna be trying to get people to go and end up prdering from their alacard menu.

We ordered the luxurious set. The quality of the food is very good and value for money. The service was good and friendly. Will definitely go back again. Love it.

The food was alright, but there are lots or work to do with cleaness. Table was dirty. The male toilet smelled disgusting. The bowl and plate they provided to my baby was dirty as well, this is the most unacceptable to me.

$60 for all you can eat menu, very valuable and food portion was very filling for the price. This isn’t our first time coming and it won’t be the last!

Food were good but forgot Japanese restaurant doesn't cook the bbq for you like the Korean restaurant does. I guess if the waitress explain it when serving the food will help cause I went with a group of caucasian who doesn't really know what to do.
