Wonderful food, excellent service. Best Thai around for miles. If you are not local this is worth the trip to Freo. The guys running the show are consummate professionals.

Never disappointed with Sala Thai. Very friendly service and the most beautiful food at a very reasonable price. I recommend Sala Thai to everyone and have not heard a bad word from any of them.

Best Thai restaurant in Perth. Nice venue with friendly and efficient service. The food is authentic Thai freshly made. Our group had two types of curry a stir fry and a noodle dish. All top notch.

Simply a good Thai restaurant with friendly staff. Try their fried whole fish in Tamarind sauce. The food is not to spicy so ask them to to make it hot if you love chilli

The service and food was excellent and we would thoroughly recommend. Unfortunately we found it very noisy which made conversation difficult. We were sitting in the larger room at the back but I think the smaller front area would be better. Maybe a carpet would absorb the noise!

The food was fabulous. I recommend the tom yum soup. Kids liked the fried rice. Good wine selection too. Waitress was friendly and attentive. Will be returning soon.

We were courteously looked after from arrival to departure and the service hit the correct balance of attention and. The food was delicious with a great variety of subtle flavours and beautifully presented.

We ate dinner at Sala Thai last night and the food was delicious! Our group of 4 agreed that it was the best Massaman beef we'd had and the Pad Thai with prawns had proper tiger prawns, no canned shrimp here! The squid salad was a spicy new option for us and the mixed stir fried vegetables also delicious. The spring rolls were a yummy entrée to the meal. All up including 3 beers it was about $30 per person and just the right amount of food. Would definitely recommend!

Food was great, service was also very good, servings were also a very good size. we found when the room started to fill it was getting very loud however that happens in a lot of places. I have eaten at Sala Thai four times and was a little disappointed at the end when paying the bill we were asked if we wanted to tip.

beautiful tasty food as always and very friendly service. Very busy atmosphere, but still enjoyable. Tamarind whole fish is the best and definitely highly recommended.

Food is normal, a bit disappointed as it's not as good as before. It's a pricy restaurant, I aspect the food to be good and d desserts, mango or durian with gluten rice proportions r not right, wish have a little bit more fruits.

We booked for four people but when we arrived they had only set up for 3 people. We ended up being a little cramped on our table.

After reading many good reviews I was expecting awesome original thai food. Having eaten in Thailand many times the Sala has gone a bit Aussie.

We had excellent service, and delicious Thai food. Our favourite was the Gang Gai, followed by the Pad Thai.The tom yum soup to start with was also delicious. Nice ambiance.

The food was outstanding and the service was excellent. The general ambience also very positive. But as so often happens in a popular and very crowded restaurant, the noise level can make conversation awkward at times.

Excellent food, great service and a wonderful cosy atmosphere. One of the rare places to eat in Freo where they have quiet background music, quiet enough to enjoy a conversation with the people you are eating with! I highly recommend this place! It was my fourth visit and I am yet to be disappointed!

Went with anpth family. Very accomodation of high chair etc. So nice to the kids. Provided plastic plates etc. Food is amazing and service exceptional. Definitely will go back.
