Great food, cosy atmosphere, and very attentive wait staff. My partner and I share two dishes + steamed rice, and always leave completely full!

Our waiter was very happy and helpful and attentive without being a nuisance. Food was delicious.

We first visited this restaurant in the 1990's and we still find this the best Thai restaurant in Perth! This is still the original owner and we always get outstanding quality and service. Now both ourselves and the owner are sporting a little bit of grey!

Lovely restaurant, food is missing the flavor and spice Thailand is known for. As the restaurant filled, service to the table became quite slow we had to flag a member of staff down if we wanted something, like clearing the table sometime after we finished eating and asking for a dessert menu

Delicious food and always fantastic service! Favourties are the spring rolls, curry puffs, massaman curry and sweet and sour chicken. Huge servings but they allow you to take left overs in take away containers.

Excellent food, efficient and friendly service. Something needs to be done about the noise however - the absence of soft furnishings results in background noise which makes conversation difficult.

We have been Sala Thai before a few times but that was a couple of years ago the food is still fantastic the service amazing we will be making more of an effort to visit more regularly

Only regret we had was not visiting here first when we arrived. We left it until the last night of our stay and being a lover of authentic Thai food, this restaurant and people that serviced us was far ahead of what we’ve experienced in Queensland. Highly recommended.

Every dish we ordered was delicious, especially dessert. I love the ambiance of the venue, it has a few little side rooms, so didn’t get too noisy, even with a full restaurant on a Saturday night

Great food but service was a bit disappointing at the end. Fish cakes and tom yum for starters were fab. The red curry chicken and massaman beef were great too. We weren’t offered the dessert menu and the service seemed to drop off. Not a very good way to end an otherwise great meal.

Best Thai food in Perth. Try the spicy soup, dumplings, chicken satay, stuffed wings, fish cakes, green curry, massaman curry with peanuts, beef salad with whiskey, spicy prawns.

Service was impeccable! The food was really tasty, with fair prices and decent portion sizes. Just wish there were more vegetarian options! However, the vegetarian dishes that I had were delicious. But I’d like to come back and not eat the same thing.

Friendly welcome, delicious food, great service and good value. We had Chicken Larb and Pad See Eew, healthy and tasty. Pays to book ahead but even if not people can be accommodated on the heated front deck comfortably.

Food was nice. We were accidentally over charged for the wrong table and they chased after us to rectify the mistake, which we were impressed about.

IFood was good and the service was excellent! It was Mother’s Day dinner, the restaurant was very busy so was pretty noisy in the dining room maybe next time we should dine in the veranda
