Good food, good atmosphere! Service was decent. at times the wait times can be longer than expected.

staff were very accommodating with wheelchair positioning and bringing our own birthday cake

The Flash Back Greek disco night was excellent on Saturday 6th July. We will be back again for this event. Unfortunately we were a group of 10 people booked for dinner at the Bistro. The Hot Pot Seafood dish was very disappointing. Some of the seafood in the plates had empty shells and 1 or 2 prawns at best. You can do better than that!!!

The guy at the bar didnt know to put on a tab, or how much ice to put in a schooner of coke. There were four of us, we ordered four scotch fillets, a while later someone came over to ask about the rump steak, we confirmed no one had ordered rump and there were only four of us so we dont need five meals. When the food was ready they had mixed up chips salad with vegetable, and then on another meal the peppercorn sauce was missing. Really nice place and amazing fireplace, but if you cant do the simple things on a Monday night how bad would the busy periods be??

Table that I reserved was taken by other patrons and we were moved out of the dining area not given the option of another table in the dining room. Service very slow at bistro and bar. Meals were average hence my rating.

My table was not reserved as requested and we were lucky that we arrived early to get the last table that was available. Food and service after that was ok. We do find though sometimes the staff are not in sync and can get told different things by different people

The service and food is generally good - although the last 4 times we have been, 3 of those times I have been given the wrong meal! But overall we really like this as our local

machine was down, so I was not able to use my card to get member discount. Staff just said I have to pay full price, there's nothing they can do.

Staff was not very friendly..but food portions were a good size and taste was good but the pizzas arent that great

gr8 service gr8 food.staff are really nice and gr8 value for money food,try the roast pork with mash and gravy mmmmm........or slow roasted brisket,with chimchurri sauce........mmmmmmmm.

Great food, timely service and well priced:)would happily reccomend The Rocksia for a family get together or just for a night off from cooking ( sometimes cheaper than buying all the necessities for a dinner at home!!)
