Rick and team always greet customers with a warm smile. No ask is too big for them. Really delicious food, really lovely facilities, really welcoming staff. Will continue to travel to distance to eat here.

The staff there were absolutely beautiful. it’s a nice welcoming restaurant. I didn’t have to worry about cross contamination as everything has gluten free options and more allergy free options. the food was amazing

The food is amazing and it is wheelchair accessible. Rick and his staff are so welcoming and go out of their way to make sure any food allergies are covered. Best place to go :)

Literally the best restaurant I have EVER been to as a coeliac. Rick was awesome and all the staff were so nice. Will definitely be going back next time we are down from the Gold Coast Will be encouraging family and friends in Victoria to also visit. Food was amazing. The only time EVER was treated as a real person and not someone who had issues with food. All courses tasted amazing and SAFE for me. My three companions who were not coeliacs also loved all of the food.

Great service! We loved being spoilt for choice on Gluten Free options

Atmosphere was nice. Never came back for drinks orders until we got out food. Caesar salad was served with no bacon but was on the menu and iceberg lettuce. Steak was chewy and vegetables appeared to look like frozen packet ones. Even though great GF options but needs to be elevated for a restaurant charging those prices, frankly I can cook better tasting and presenting GF food. It was disappointing as it’s rare to eat out safe but had higher expectations and the cost $170 didn’t not match.

We ate Calamari and the southern fried chicken. Our meals were delicious. My wife is coeliac and she enjoyed the gluten free meals. Rick offered us gluten free dessert and we both loved it even though we were already full! Great wine selection at reasonable prices. We will be back!

Rick made our daughter who has coeliacs feel like a queen and the most important person at our table, which certainly doesn’t happen elsewhere. To top that off he customised a delicious dish for her and the food for the rest of us was just as good. Will be returning, and cannot recommend enough

Ricks was recommended to me by work colleagues, and I must say that this is a hidden gem which is not so hidden. It's not crowded, it's not noisy, the selection of food for those with dietary requirements is amazing and unlike a lot of places, Rick makes sure that there is no cross contamination. Would I go back again? In a heartbeat. Rick is quick to pick up on good old fashion banter and can banter with the best of us.

Dining at Rick's place was an absolute pleasure. Rick was there and was truly passionate about the food and experience he delivered to us. It truly felt like going over to 'Ricks place' for a genuine, honest home cooked meal. For a GF or coeliac it comes even more highly rated because you can take the pick of the whole menu. Even better for people who can handle their glueten the food is all also available *with* glueten!

Firstly Rick was extremely hospitable, warm and friendly. He made certain that our dietary requirements were met, and on top of that every dish we ordered was amazing. Best salt and pepper calamari I ever had.

Had a wonderful time. We went as a family with 3 celiacs, and we’re very well looked after. The whole menu was gluten free, which gave us far more choices than we are used to. It was lovely to be able to share between plates, and have a proper Italian night out.

As a Coeliac, it can be hard to find a restaurant where you're mind is at ease over the menu. To have trust in the food being gluten free, enables me to have a relaxed and enjoyable dining experience. Rick was friendly, attentive and clarified who was the Coeliac at the table. The food was amazing and just what I desired for dinner. Rick also showed us the rooftop dining area; the view was spectacular as the sun set behind us. I don't live close, but will definitely be back. Thank you :)

Excellent service, fantastic food reasonably priced. Lovely for the coeliac in our group to not worry about gluten / cross-contamination. We had the chance to talk to the host and appreciate his passion for his business too which was great. We'll be going back !

Great meal, we were well looked after by the staff and a great local restaurant to have in the village of Kensington.

Rick was the most gracious host, making sure that the food was perfect. We had a lovely meal and it was all very safe for my coeliac daughter.

Fantastic local venue. Semi fine dining, but don't let that make you feel like you don't belong here. Fabulous food. Service is great. Well affordable and worth the visit.

My wife is Vegan and Gluten-free and had multiple choices for Entree Main and Dessert we travel a lot and can count the number of restaurants that do it to this level on one hand food was very tasty we plan on going back at least every fortnight
