Ramon's at Willow Pond

The service was very good, the food was presented well & tasted aok. Nice place to go.

Although the staff are pleasant the service was very slow. I HAD TO ASK THEM TWICE TO TAKE MY ORDER. As a local I try to support local businesses but I wont rush back.

Beautiful setting. Lovely staff. Tasty food. The staff were very accommodating to all dietary needs. The outdoor venue was beautiful. We would definitely dine again.

Friendly service, good food, not long wait times. Extensive menu. Ambiance isn't great, quite noisy too, but the location is good for south of the river patrons.

The meal was very good and the setting beautiful, service was also very good. The three of us had a very pleasant experience which we will repeat.

Good service and certainly a very pleasant outlook onto the pond and gardens. the four meals we had were of a good quality and size, will definitely return. Entertainment book discount applies here.

Lovely view, good service, nice food. Very pleasant experience, would recommend this venue no problem. Love the fact tables are spaced well enough apart for easy conversation.

Thank you we had a very good time reconsidering we had 4 small children to keep entertained the large pond and ground was great place with a nice weather.

Would of been a 6 but there was no mash potato. Had to have chips instead which isnt the end of the world. I just really like your mash potato☺

Was lovely Setting overlooking gardens and pond. Good food. A variety of large and small meals. Friendly service. Menu had small servings f or children and a good selection of first course mains and desserts. Plus a choice of drinks andx coffees.

We were a party of 7 senior's and really enjoyed the meal. Food, price's. beautiful venue and great friendly staff. We would highly recommend Ramon's at Willow Ponds.

Nice atmosphere, great staff and the salt and pepper squid salt was delicious. We had a large group and they accommodated us without any issues

We had a wonderful experience at Willow Pond last Thursday, we sat outside, such a beautiful view. The lady that served us did a fantastic job with such a happy and pleasant manner. The food was delicious, plenty of it and the tea and coffee was lovely and hot. I would recommend the restuant to anyone. Thankyou for a lovely day.

Lovely outdoor setting in beautifully maintained garden. Staff are friendly and efficient. Great food and drinks menu, all reasonably priced. Recommended for small and large groups alike

Brunch with the girlfriends. We had a lovely morning sitting outside looking onto the amazing gardens. Coffee and food good too. Serve great. Can highly recommend this restaurant.

This was an amazing experience. All the workers were polite and friendly, the food was amazing and portions were decent. There was great scenery perfect for a good photo up.

Amazing yummy food, menu was full of different meals , quickly came out from the kitchen Good service from front staff though there were plenty walking around and we had to go up to the till and ask to be served

Service was great, steaks were below average, one was over cooked, other over cooked and very gristly, when mentioned were informed chef would be notified but nothing done. Shame, as we don't go out often and it was our 37th wedding anniversary. Wont go back there for dinner. Lunches are always good.

Lovely gardens and service - very helpful and attentive. Dinner took a while to come out but they did apologise and explain the reason so happy with that.

Great tasting food. Waiting 45 minutes before getting a drink and not even having our order taken at that stage. More experienced staff would be of a benefit

Always a pleasant experience at Ramon's. Compliments to the chef and restaurant staff. Dishes nicely presented and full of flavour. We never have a disappointing visit and keep going back for more.

We always have a relaxed and satisfying family meal at Ramon's. The Asian Pork Belly was amazing. My daughter just ignored the coriander containing salad on top as she is not a coriander leaf fan.

Great place to meet friends with heaps of free parking and an amazing garden. Seniors menu is varied and well priced. Staff are friendly and attentive

nice setting, waitress didn't know what daily veg was and was more interested talking to other tables about her personal life than doing the job she was supposed to do. Food was overpriced for what it was 38.50 for a small steak , 2 wilting broccolini a bit of beetroot and corn. mmm . chose it over a pub but hindsight ill be going to the pub next time

The serice was great my fellow diner was pleased with his steak but I was not happy with my order which was squid. The salad was excellent

Lovely setting, gardens are beautiful and the kids loved the koi fish. Service was average, we had to ask three times for a high chair even though one was requested when we booked. The food was good and the serving sizes are large. Overall a lovely lunch catch up.

Great setting especially with young children the breakfast was fine and reasonably priced..menu is comprehensive service for the kids meals and drinks was slow would always be better if they came first but the general experience was good.

Service was very relaxed. Food was good. We didn't get the outside table as initially requested but this was changed as soon as we asked. They accepted the Entertainment Card which took $40.00 off the bill. Nice afternoon by the beautiful gardens and pond.

The meal was really nice I enjoyed it. I requested and inside table but were put outside with the sun at our backs which would have got worse in the next half hour. We did move inside in the end which was very cold to start with until someone asked for the air con to be turned down. We were kept waiting for our meal for over 45 mins which some of the older members were not happy. I asked 3 times for a glass of ice as I do not drink warm tap water which all we were offered. The water was not nice tasting and others commented on it too it was not just me. The ice never came in the end I ordered a lemon lime and bitters which came with 4 small ice blocks and melted very quickly. The weather was a warm day and ice cold water should have been offered. The table was being cleared of plates before some of us had finished our meal which should not have happened. A bit of a shame as the group were a bit disappointed and would not come again. Thank you

It is an absolutely beautiful setting with very friendly staff. 6/10 for food (had the seniors special). We sat outside by the lake which would be uncomfortable in hot weather but 29° with a breeze was lovely.

Very warm today,so having lunch with my daughter inside in the a/c was a very pleasant experience. Like always the dining room staff are pleasant and courteous. Thank you

very relaxing lunch, good value and lovely gardens to walk through. Seniors card lunch for $23 gives you a main course, dessert and tea or coffee.

Service was very slow, if they improved that, I would have rated it a 6 as the food is fabulous. We asked for water a couple of times and in the end had to get it ourselves. Asked for dessert menu, took ages to arrive. Very difficult to get a drink refill.

Excellent service and beautiful food. Ordered the grilled barramundi on a bed of roasted pumpkin, capsicum and spinach with a garlic sauce, absolutely beautiful. Ramon's is now my favourite go to restaurant. Can't wait to try their breakfast.

Food was great. The surrounding gardens were really pretty. We weren't sure if it was self service with the water? The waitress told us it was but another waiter actually refilled the water for us.

Lovely Eggs Benedict as always 😘 Always a great venue for any time of day ! Beautiful weather to walk around the edge of the pond and talk to the Kois 😘
