Ramon's at Willow Pond

STAFF WERE EXCELLENT!!! POLITE, FRIENDLY AND LOOKRF AFTER OUR TABLE OF 6 VERY WELL

we appreciated the quiet atmosphere without loud music and a noisy background. the staff were happy and very friendly.

Well presented hosts were gracious did not rush us food was delicious ,would have stayed for dessert but it was my birthday so everyone came back to mine

Whilst we appreciate that the kitchen team cooked the meat to our preference - medium, the amount of seasoning to the protein was nil. Apart from the fat which was rendered well the rest had no flavour. Timing of the meals were appropriate but the flavour on all the meal was lacking. I always feel bad in reaching for the salt and pepper at any restaurant but the food lacked punch. The venue was private and secluded - that was also appreciated.

Have been to Willow Pond for lunch and dinner. Lunch/afternoon tea is definitely better. You can sit outside and enjoy the lovely gardens. At night, sitting inside the decor is quite dated and there is no atmosphere. The best part were the waitstaff who were attentive and smiling!

Great spot watching the water feature in the pond. Waitstaff and food were wonderful! Could not fault a thing :)

The staff and the venue were fantastic and the food was cooked perfectly although perhaps a little pricey but it was worth it! Gorgeous garden setting!

More staff is needed very long wait times food was lovely though

Outdoor sitting is very relaxing n with great view but when we went in to pay, inside is totally different, it’s very noisy. I’ m glad that d weather permitting us to sit outside.

Food was absolutely awful, left most of it, prices were sky high, of course the grounds are beautiful, have been there a few times before and enjoyed it but today was dreadful and dreadful value for money, wont be returning.

Very tasty breakfast with beautiful outlook and so nice to be able to go for a wander after eating.

Went for breakfast which was good value. Service was slow after we had our meal. There was only one guy serving. He was doing his best but could not keep up. He needed assistance.

Food service was 1hour 15mins wait milkshakes was milk with sugar (not milkshake) very poor should probably close restaurant and just open cafe for coffee only. Garden is beautiful

We had a large group of aged care residents (previously booked), we were disappointed of the waiting time for a coffee and piece of cake. With one staff member on to take orders, coffees, serve (Which we ended up doing ourselves) and the residents didn't get morning tea til after 11. The whole purpose was to enjoy a morning tea looking over beautiful gardens, feed the fish and go for walk around the gardens. Unfortunately only a couple of residents got to do this due the large waiting time for a coffee and the rest missed out..We only get one outing a month as a nursing home so this is very valuable time and it is precious! We strive to make the outing enjoyable. The residents are still complaining obout the service time today.

We had the couples special and it was such good food and such good value! Would go back for sure - even when special runs out.

Even though we had to wait till a long time for our lunch it was excellent & our waitress was very friendly & very helpful

Great night but food etc but was asked to leave as restaurant was very slow and the wanted to shut up early, hadnt even finished our wine.

We enjoyed our breakfast with family, Our waiter needs to be aware, when you ask a question re what is in a particular item of food or can I change what I am asking for slightly, be pro active and find out instead of saying I do not know. Otherwise the venue and food were excellent and beautiful grounds surrounding you. Thank you

Once again enjoyed our seniors lunch with friends and had a very nice meal with excellent service. Lovely surroundings and air conditioned comfort on a warm day.

I booked a table over the internet. The table was ready and set outside. The gardens are beautiful. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable and meals were a good size and very tasty, we will be back.

Great venue, great staff, great food. All I. All a lovely day out for us all on my daughter’s birthday. Would recommend to anyone looking for a pleasant lunch.

Fantastic food! The beautiful gardens and ponds with water fountains were really lovely. Thoroughly enjoyed ourselves! Staff were really accommodating! Definitely recommend this restaurant for families!

The service was fantastic. Waitress was very accomodating, friendly and quick. The meals and drinks were excellent at a pretty reasonable price. We love the grounds ... always relaxing to go there. A beautiful night to go out and sit on their patio. This place is a gem hidden away in Canning Vale.

The food was ok. Nothing to rave about. The kids menu was a bit "grown up" and not what i expected so had to order more chips. The gardens are lovely. The staff was friendly. Will go again but will be careful of what i order.

My sister is down from Malaysia for a holiday. Rated her Barramundi dish the best meal she's eaten while here, and we've eaten out a lot over the past month. Eat outside if you can.

Fabulous food, wonderful atmosphere and the grounds are lovely to walk around after your meal. The waitress was very responsive and helpful and the steak was cooked perfectly!
