Lovely waitress there older lady very kind and thoughtful would go and do go there

everything was great relaxing atmosphere would do a return visit.

Was amazing food great value beautiful place but, it took 25 minutes for the coffees to come out to the table. food service was quick and waiter staff were lovely.

We had a lovely Sunday lunch we decided to sit outside where it was very relaxing and very pretty..food was delicious and staff very friendly and efficient 😀 Definitely go back again.

Birthday Celebration with 12 people (prior booking). Staff were attentive until we had ordered, after this we were left. Food was good. Unfortunately it was unbearably hot in the restaurant, air con was switched on when we requested, but we did not stay for deserts or coffee - bought some on way home. Bathroom was extremely clean, unfortunately the door to these from restaurant was still in need of an urgent clean. Slightly disappointed, but excellent value.

Had dinner. The restaurant was almost empty. Food was very good and staff was nice.

Just came by for a coffee. The coffee is a little pricey - $5.50 for a long black in a mug. But it was nice and so was the atmosphere. Will come back and sit in the outside area when it's not so hot.

Lovely Sunday morning breakfast in a very nice atmosphere. It was very quiet and peaceful. Great way to spend a Sunday morning!

Whether you have lunch or dinner the meals are always cooked to perfection. The ambience of the restaurant is perfect when dining with friends.

Booked a table for hubbys birthday. We were seated ok and given menus then no one came back for half an hour. So understaffed. Food was lovely. We tried to order desert but ended up leaving cause neither of us wanted the long wait again. They seem really understaffed and unfortunately that let Willowpond down.

Enjoyed the food & atmosphere, the waitress we had was brilliant but we felt there could have more staff on

The service was excellent. The food was good as usual although the menu has been reduced somewhat from previous years reducing our choices. (Dad does like pepper sauce on his steak but it's off the menu)

Wasn't happy,asked for table outside and it was put inside,waited ages for drinks. Not a lot of service to table, had to go to up counter and order desert, overall wasn't happy,iv e been going to Ramons for years a d last couple of times not the same service and foodisnt as good. Jill

We sat outside enjoying the lovely view and sunny weather. Our waiter was very young and perhaps a little inexperienced with the ordering but everyone has to learn so this only a comment and not a complaint. He was at all times very polite. Monique (in charge) was her usual fabulous self.

Always very pleasant Menu is quite broad and staff very helpful. Tasty entrees, quality mains with the addition of panna cotta a delightful suprise to Seniors menu. Good value for money

The breakfast was amazing the service is fantastic and the garden is stunning perfect place to enjoy my breakfast with the kids

Very disappointing, tasteless food and drink, waitress was very pleasant.

There were several big groups on long tables but there didn't seem to be enough staff to take care of other customers. We were there over 40 minutes before someone came to take our order, and we think it only happened then because we asked at the counter. Maybe order at counter would be an option rather than table service when it is under staffed. But the food was great and the surroundings outstanding.

The gardens at Willow Pond are spectacular and my daughters loved exploring them while we waited for our food. The atmosphere and staff are beautiful. The manager was absolutely wonderful and sent us home with extra treats to make sure we got the full value of the gift vouchers that we were using to pay for our meal. Thank you so much!

Fathers Day brunch. Cafe was busy but we got served promptly and the food was great.

Returned after 3 years with a fellow restauranteur, and tge setting is amazing! But the food and staff are lack lustre which was very disappointing.

For how quiet it was it took longer than expected for the meals to come out and the cauliflower mash that came with the grilled fish and chips wasn’t hot

I took a group of 14 people at midday on Friday. All enjoyed their experience. The food, service and atmosphere were great. Considering how busy the restaurant was, the service times were also very good and the noise was understandable. Our gluten-free requirements were accommodated cheerfully. I'll be going back.

Everyone enjoyed their food. My zucchini fritters weren't fresh but microwaved so a bit rubbery bust still edible. Service was efficient and friendly. Average priced.

Everyone of us enjoyed the meal! The outdoor area was gorgeous and we had one amazing waitress the other one was a bit abrupt!

Food was average, not amazing and not bad.. Outside area is lovely.

Though my daughter's order wasn't quite right she was happy to not send it back. Service was good. It's mum's favourite restaurant, so she was very happy to come with her daughter, granddaughter, great grandson and grandson-in-law for a lovely breakfast get together.
