The meal was great . We had the homemade pasta and the riccotta dip , Would go back again and recommend it to anyone . Give it a try.

Great local Italian food, great choices of wine by the glass and great service from all the team. My favourite is their Gnocchi. Just absolutely delicious. We hope they never delete it from their menu.

Absolutely Sensational Pizza's and absolutely Sensational Staff, this is how a Restaurant should be run. We never had to ask for to up drinks, staff always asked us first and water was always topped up. Best Pizza's I've tasted in Australia and Overseas without doubt.

Very friendly staff and the food is always delicious. The shrooms pizza is beyond delish as is the tasting plate. The meatballs are to die for!

We had fantastic service. We were there for my son's 9th birthday and the staff were lovely and allowed us to have our own cake. The food is delicious, friendly ambience - a great experience.

We just had 2 pizzas. The size of the pizza is good and the base is good and it was served pronto. The addition of honey to a pizza that already has dates makes it oversweet. The sugo is a little thin making it wet. A pizza that mentions basil as a topping should have more than 3 tiny pieces on it. On the plus side, having chilli oil and crushed chilli on the table is always a winner for me. The decor is nice. The waitresses were very attentive. When ordering a full bottle of wine we were offered a tasting, I have never been offered that service in any restaurant before.

Enjoyed our meal very much and will return again one day soon. My Italian sausage pasta dish was very nice and my family also enjoyed the pizza

Something for everyone on the menu. Nice, choiceful wine list, delicious pizza & pasta with extremely friendly service and very welcoming to our children. We had a great night and would recommend Proof to anyone wanting a great meal.

Proof Pizzeria is an amazing restaurant,l and a true local gem. The pizzas are terrific, great friendly staff and really nice atmosphere. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Fantastic food and amazing service...Proof is not in our local area but well worth the drive. The staff really know how to provide great customer service which makes us want to return again and again. Bravo!

This is the best restaurant I have ever been too. If you look up the definition of perfection in the dictionary you would see these 3 pizzas come up -Picante -Medjool -Spicy Italian sausage

Share plate is great way to start the meal. Interesting variety of pizzas - crust is light and toppings are generous. Service is friendly and knowledgeable.

Amazing wood fired pizza, recommend the Nutella dessert. A great little suburban restaurant. We will definitely be coming back to Proof Pizza for dinner again

the servers were attentive and friendly, and the pizzas took me straight back to Italy! We had the prawn pizza, the napoletana, and the garlic & herb. Will definitely be coming back, so much more to try!

Pizzas that we ordered were excellent however not a lot of variety to choose from. Most pizzas seemed to have similar ingredients. The pumpkin pizza was not available last night. No seafood whatsoever. Excellent service and we would certainly return.

Everything about this restaurant was fantastic but the tables were too close to each other. It was very noisy & hard to hear but the food, service & friendliness of the staff was exceptional!

Nice, cosy neighbourhood gem. We had the Medjool pizza (a bit on the sweet side) and the Regina Margherita pizza (too much mozzarella). All-in-all above average but nothing to write home about.

Beautiful food! Love the interesting flavour combinations, especially honey, salami and ricotta. Bit pokey but overall great experience. Wish they also delivered their takeaway menu

Our waiter forgot to put our order in, but the pizza (when it came) was fab. We also go the warmed olives which were very very good.

They make great quality pizza in this cosy little restaurant and the service is very good. Group of eight of us went last night and we were not dissapointed. They also have take away which is a bonus.

I was pleasantly surprised with this place. We made a reservation through their website which I strongly recommend as it is a rather small restaurant and they were quite busy. (Saturday night 6:30pm). Anyway we were seated right when we arrived. Our menu: Entrée: Procuitto and Provolone platter = DELICIOUS. It is served with 2 pieces of fresh bread and small olives (they have pips so be careful). It was such a wonderful start to our dinner. So simple but the ingredients were fresh and complimentary to each other. Mains: We ordered 2 specials; The Spainiard pizza and the Lamb Ragu pasta. Both were BEAUTIFUL. The Spainiard pizza had chorizo, mozzarella, basil, potato and chili flakes. It had a beautiful chorizo flavor and the potato was a lovely compliment to help even out the spice. (I love spicy so it could've been spicier for me but I think in general it was not overpowering). The Lamb Ragu pasta was so flavorful. The Lamb was falling apart. The salsa verde was lovely and the breadcrumbs added a nice little crunch. We had a total of 4 alcoholic drinks. Total cost was $99 for 2 people. We left with full bellies. The staff was very attentive and friendly. We will definitely be going back.

Proof was a good place for a family birthday, good value and tasty pizza. Staff were helpful in fitting us in on a busy night at short notice
