Peden’s Hotel

Ordered our food the kids got their food after about 30 minutes my partner and mine took over an hour kids were finished eating and getting restless by the time we got ours so did not get to eat much before we had to leave

The vegetables were crunchy but I like my vegetables cooked more. The food is normally good. I will still come back.

Chicken Snitzel was bland,and tasted of oil Steak was under cooked when we sent it back and asked for med rare it was then over cooked and not enjoyable

Food was delicious great value staff courteous and friendly, definitely will be back.

Staff did amazing considering the busy night with lots of theatre show patrons. Very happy with everything.

Pedens is our favourite local to head to for a dinner we know we will enjoy. We love the kids area as well.

The food was really good and and the customer service was friendly and polite. I found the dining area to be 'dark' there was insufficient lighting in the dining area and it felt very gloomy.

Venue clean, ordering meals easy. Prompt serves and good food.

We were very disappointed with the service on Saturday night . I understand it was a busy night but I would think the venue would know that there was an event next door and would cater for that . We arrived at 6pm and orders 2 pastas and a gb to come out together . We waited for over an hour for our meal and had to enquire how long it would be . When we did get our meals they were nice but had to rush to eat them to be able to leave on time for the show .

All the meals we ordered were amazing. Delivered to our table fresh and hot after not too long of a wait on a very busy Saturday, we were in and out before we had to see a show! Perfect timing.

After visiting today to have lunch before a show at MyPacc. Table for 2 booked for 12.30 i lined up for over half an hour. I understand it was a busy time with a show on next door at 2pm. There were a lot of people. Our food came out at 1.45 and had to be put in a takeaway box. We tried to eat something really quickly. The pizza really was warm and there was no fresh basil as advertised on the margherita pizza. My daughter ordered chicken schnitzel which came out luke warm. Unfortunately it was not a good experience along with others that were not able to eat before the show due to it taking so long. Again i understand it was a busy time but would assume that you would be prepared for a large booked lunch crowd prior to this.

We were very impressed with our meals and the time it took for them to get to table considering the amount of people in restaurant thankyou to kitchen staff and wait staff great team effort

Service was fantastic. I was disappointed in the pork belly.Last time it was served with baked pumpkin, not lettuce leaves, half a pear baked not spicy pear in a bowl and pork was not browned properly

We have dinner at Peden’s before going to CPAC always enjoying the food and service.

Garlic bread ordered for entree never arrived. Food okay ish.

The food was good thankyou but the poor waitress was rushed off her feet. Taking orders, and serving meals and cleaning tables - too much for one person on a busy night!!

Love this pub!! Staff are fantastic, food is great and love the little change ups every couple of months-we are from Wollombi Valley and hard to find something so great in our area!!! Thank you!!!

Great service. Good food. Even though they were very busy we didn’t have to wait too long for our meals to arrive. We will be back.

Always love going to this wonderful pub! Great food (our favourite pizza) and always friendly and happy atmosphere.

I always enjoy going to Pedens for a meal, the staff are friendly, pleasant and the service is always great. My only criticism is that the ceasar salad was very salty.

Only issue was I ordered a rare steak and when I got it was at least medium. But other than that perfect.

The restaurant was lovely service very good the only thing is when I went to the bar there was a very strong smell of cigarette smoke. I assume it was in the gambling area. Just thought I would let you know.

Friendly service and good meals overall. Large selection on the menu to choose from.

Service okay; friendly staff. Schnitzel special good value at $15 but sadly both the meals were served with cold chips. Stuffed chicken breast said on the menu it was served with crispy chats, but came with boiled/steamed salad potatoes.

Friend dining with us ordered GF meal, which obviously wasn't as she was visiting the restroom all night. I felt so bad for her.

Friendly, service was very good and the meal excellent. Price was great.

Food was nice but all the meals came out separately. Everyone else had finished eating before the last guest even received their meal 👎🏻

We had a booking but our meals took over an hour to come out. Unfortunately we had tickets to a show at the CPA Theatre and once our meals cane out we had 5 mins to quickly have a bite to eat then pack them away in to take away boxes. I am grateful that we were given the take away boxes.

I brought some friends to have lunch here . It was very busy which seemed like a good sign . We waited over an hour for lunch . When it arrived the poor little salad has seen better days , the chips were good but both the lamb chops and the eggplant parmigiana were poorly cooked over fried and tasteless chops and rubbery eggplant . So disappointing. They were kind enough to acknowledge the poor quality of the food and refunded us in full . They also offered an alternative but we had run out of time . Coffee was quite nice . Fresh salad in a more generous quantity and treat the food with a lot more respect. We won’t be returning here

No issues, great night. Food was amazing and good value for money.
