Parkers Steakhouse

I enjoy coming to Parker’s (as it always my husband’s birthday when we go)but the menu doesn’t change. The vegetable options are tasty but quite fatty so I always leave feeling some discomfort. I know it’s a steakhouse but more creativity with accompanying vegetables would make,e look forward to coming back.

Steak wasn’t quite on point for a steakhouse and the service isn’t as good as it used to be. Otherwise the wine was good and it was still fun. Do yourselves a favor and get the roast vegetables.

Food and service was spot on. Have not had a bad meal at Parkers.

The moment Both me & my partner walked in the restaurant we were greeted professionally and the staff were amazing hostess’s. The food was great the atmosphere was unique and comfortable. The staff looked after us & was always professional. We would recommend this restaurant to all especially if you are in CBD Geelong. We will be back to dine in again.

Excellent steak. No frills restaurant. Pay extra for sauces, bread and salad.

I was super happy with my meal although my partners steak was so under cooked he had to send it back so I had basically finished eating by the time his steak got brought back to the table.

Firstly, I rarely dine out so I was not sure what to expect. The waiter, Sam, was very polite and very helpful. The Atlantic salmon was cooked perfectly; along with the side dishes. Sam was also able to assure me that my food would be free from gluten. There were a few minor changes that I would have preferred but, overall, a good place to dine. The only surprise was the QR code I needed to scan for virus tracing. It required me to have the Services Victoria app installed on my mobile phone. Anyway, it didn't work on my phone but I was able to manually fill in a form with my contact details. Don't know why the COVIDSafe app is not used with a QR code.

Great food and service. At the end of the day, you pay for what you get.

We ordered garlic bread with cheese for an entree. They bought us garlic bread then advised us they were out of cheese. I ordered baked veggies and a baked potato my meal came with chips. Advised them that I ordered a baked potato only to be told sorry we’ve given you chips we have no potatoes. My husband wanted his 400gm steak medium to well and it was served medium rare. This was our first time at Parkers and to say we were disappointed yes we were but that aside the meal was nice.

Very relaxing atmosphere. Food is always cooked perfectly. Staff are very friendly and helpful.

Will definitely be back and hopefully soon! It was a lovely experience and the staff were super attentive and put us at ease as soon as we walked in. I really appreciate the effort that's being taken to comply with the restrictions, it's just uncomfortable otherwise. The food was beautiful and the steak was perfect as usual. With the set menu I think two courses would have be enough. We ate the desserts but only because they were part of the price. Maybe an option for dessert? Having that I understand it's difficult at the moment. Two small things: I wish the set menu was clear/on the website and came up as you were making a booking. With a bit of searching I found it on the Facebook page but couldn't find it on the website. My partner was really looking forward to the rib as he can cook scotch and eye fillets at home. The second thing was that getting swamped by the smell of cleaning products at the end of the night almost ruined the whole experience. Again, I understand that cleaning is super important at the moment but surely at the last sitting one table could wait til until the table that it's fairly close had left.

Entree, charcoal prawns were delicious, The steak was cooked perfectly, med rare. Dessert was mouth watering. The only thing I could ask for are green vegetables/salad side serve. Highly recommend, and will go back.

From the moment we entered we were welcomed and felt welcome. We had people who are new to Geelong so never been before. Wait staff knew the history of the building and were honest and knowledgeable about food and wine. We will be back

Always consistently good. Fixed 3 course menu for $70, 2 seatings because of COVID restrictions. Great service as always. One of my favourite all time places to eat! Anita

The 250 gram Waygu steak (7+ graded quality) was incredible. Very quick service. Very good wine selection. Waiter was right on the ball, which made the night really good.
