Considering that it wasn’t busy our food took too long to come out. Several people that arrived after us received their food, ate & already left - however we were still there without having eaten yet. We were very disappointed. We came to this restaurant a few months ago during the busiest period and got our food faster than we did yesterday. We explained to the waitress that we were disappointed that our food took too long and she didn’t like that we had feedback and was quite rude towards us. Definitely not a good experience!!

Waited over an hour for our meals when the restaurant wasn’t busy at all. We booked our table and still waited. The service was poor, the lady didn’t want to be there. Usually I wouldn’t complain but I have never had a bad experience there until now and it was so disappointing

The service was below average. The staff were unfriendly and appeared uninterested in making our dining experience a pleasurable one. The food was ordinary, whilst generous in size it was nothing to rave about. We were disappointed.

Celebrating a birthday dinner before going to a concert at ICC. The food fantastic as usual. Dined early due to concert so endured the hour hour prices. Service was great. Love this place. 3rd visit.

Was a great place to sit and see the view of darling harbour but the only issue we had was that one waiter walked away mid order which was rude.

Family lunch for 12 food was great service was just a little slow and not attentive to getting drinks. Overall good value though and would go again

Nice venue over looking ferris wheel and Darling Harbour. Friendly staff and the nice lunch menu is reasonable priced. Service was a little slow at times even though they weren't busy, but overall very nice. We'll be going back.

Beautiful food. Service was a little slow However it was storming and pouring rain outside which made it difficult. Otherwise wait staff were super friendly and had a great time ! I recommend attending this restaurant. Its my 5th time !!!

The service was appalling. The waitresses sat us down and just left us didn't bring us any water or ice buckets for our wine and the table was dirty. I had to get up and ask them to clean the table and bring us ice buckets. They then forgot to bring glasses so I had to get up and ask them again. Not a very relaxing experience. My ravioli was not cooked properly and the creme brulee which was a very expensive at $14 tasted like it was a few days old. My mum and I only ate half of it and left the rest. It was a very disappointing experience as it was supposed a special night as we were celebrating my birthday early whilst my relatives were here from the UK and it was their last night in Sydney. I am a local and have been to Olivo a number of times the food used to be good and the service but the food and the service now always seems to be bad. I won't be going back again. .

Awesome restaurant . Great food and so reasonably priced. Highly recommended . Their dinner special is great . Their selection of wines is amazing .

Really good food, lots of gluten free options on the menu and was overall a good experience. Atmosphere was good and food came really quickly.

Stayed 1 night Was quick check in Customer Service was Excellent and view from room was the best will definitely stay again nice and friendly staff too

very poor service - 2 mediocre meals and one inedible - complained to waiter about meal and he did nothing - would not recommend- not good value

Very noisy restaurant!!! Large party of teenagers. Food was average at best. Arrived 2 minutes after being ordered. Not enough time to have been anything other than blasted in the microwave. Lasagne was almost inedible.

our lunch at olivo was excellent despite being xmas day all staff were helpful and efficient the food was excellent and reasonably priced for a public holiday would recommend olivo for any occasion

Foods are fabulous, cream brûlée is perfect in desert, very good service and nice and clean place to spend you lunch and dinner. Highly recommend.
