We like to dine at Olinda Tea House whenever we are in the area; whether it’s a proper meal or quick coffee fix.

Delicious food, beautiful setting and excellent service. Highly recommend it.

Food was awful. Never eaten something this bad. Full of corn flour. No veggies in noodles. Everything was full of sweet chilli sauce. We are locals who have just moved in and we are never going to return

Beautiful setting in the Dandenongs. Food was really good and well presented. However portion sizes can be small. Moderate Restaurant prices, expect around $45 a head for shared dishes meal.

We had high tea and one main dish. Beautiful place and high tea. We really enjoyed our time there. Unfortunately, they were not able to alter the food that we would like to order (as in adding more veggies to the dish) so we had to get what was described on the menu. The food was great anyway :). We will return :)

I absolutely loved olinda Tea House the food was delicious and the service was fabulous a pity it was raining because I wanted to explore the beautiful gardens but I will be back soon and I have already recommended it to one of my friends and my family as well. The setting was very tranquil and relaxing with an atmosphere of Japan.

The staff were extremely attentive and friendly. We were celebrating a birthday and were give complimentary desserts. The food was beautifully presented and delicious. We will definitely be back.

The manager wasn't really that friendly, he got annoyed with the kids 😅

Lovely venue and the service was exemplary. My meal was nice but nothing extraordinary. The coffee and cheesecake at the end was the highlight.

Great service, ambiance and surroundings but really bad food. We’re family of 4 and ordered kun pao chicken. Chilli was more than the chicken. braised pork belly tasted more star anise, honey soy cube with mushroom something, spicy salt pepper calamari and it was not good either. I only enjoyed the fried rice that was not even enough. Then we thought ordering the dessert on a stand will make it up but it didn’t either. The cakes from the display looked more inviting but didn’t ordered it as we thought it may be another disappointment. Left there still hungry with an after taste of the chilli from the chicken. We also had the beef something that was in the nest. Presentation was good but food didn’t taste good. We are asians and we were so excited because of the reviews. We travelled more than an hour and it was such a waste. Stay in the CBD where you can enjoy great asian meal half the price from this place.

I came here twice this Autumn, one for a weekday lunch and one for a Sun lunch. I would definitely recommend this place to my family and friends.

Tasty food. We love the stir-fried slice lamb with leeks. That's our favorite.

This restaurant had no atmosphere. The cakes were terrible. The tea was very good but too expensive. We will not return.

We had the high tea. Food was lovely! Great portion size for the price. Service a little all over the place, but food made up for it.

We booked our table for 13:30 on a Saturday and we all arrived on time, but it took the kitchen an hour to serve us! The wait was ridiculous. One of the waitresses offered us peanuts but only just a few minutes before our dishes arrived. The food wasn't too bad, I'd suggest ordering starters first to avoid immense hunger, especially if you're diabetic!

Over-rated resturant. The food is so so. They had wedding on that day. It’s probably not enough chefs and helpers in the kitchen. It took 1 and 1/2 hours for our food to come.

Everything was lovely but the scones were amazing. We’d go back there again just for that. The garden was gorgeous to wander through afterwards as well.

Height tea was Outstanding! We Loved it. It was Worth the money.
