Food was good bit waited over half an hpur for certain dishes

delish food loved the prawn gyozas will definitely be back and got my moneys worth!

We had a table of 16 and the service was excellent and very prompt. The food was all delicious.

Food portions were tiny, food was very subpar. Not enjoyable

Food was nice but service was very slow, food took a long time to come out. Our dishes weren’t collected and lots of dirty tables around. We also waited 20 mins for ice cream before we gave up. Very disappointing visit for our anniversary and won’t return any time soon.

We usually visit regularly and the size of the portions have definitely decreased recently. 2 types of non alcoholic drinks had run out as well as no sparkling water so I got a Lemonade drink which was flat. Very average tonight and bit disappointed, all of us saying we won’t be going back in any hurry.

Booked a table and it wasn’t ready when we arrived. We were made to sit at a dirty table near the toilets. Both the food and service were slow, and at times cold. Lots of dirty tables around the restaurant the whole time we were there.

We’ve dined here a few times bus and have loved it. However this time was really disappointing. The service wasn’t the best and the food items didn’t at all seem fresh and a lot of dishes come out cold. They seemed like they were short staffed as the chefs where delivering food to the table.

I have allergies and they were able to cater for them. The food and service were both great

Great Service and food they certainly give the Okami chain a great name.

The food, the waiters were lovely and we enjoyed the food items we had. The noise was terrible as there were lots of little kids and they weren't restaurant savvy. There were 4 seniors, 1 coke, 1 southern comfort and coke, 1 soda lime and bitters and 1 lychee drink and we were charge over $199.00. I hadn't realised that we might have been over charge and if not the drinks were very pricey. We were there Friday 2nd June for the 5:45pm sitting. Anneke Smit from Broadford

My sons 19th. Food was amazing. Customer service was terrific. I had balloons and table decorations which they were happy for me to bring as well as a cake. Drinks were very well priced. Highly recommend it. 🙌

Not a huge menu the dim sims and octopus balls could have been anything there was not a clear taste of chicken in the dim sims and the octopus balls had the tiniest bit of fish in them the rest was just mush as was a few of the fried items all batter and not much inside,so the whole the food was a bit Di/ssapointing

Unfortunately the food and drinks were slow out due to how busy they were, we didn’t get 2 courses that we ordered and what we did get was overcooked especially the tonkatsu chicken. We love coming to the restaurant but will avoid busy days to get a better experience

Everything was amazing!! Food was good, even the kids liked everything they tried and they are usually fussy. And the price is great for an all you can eat place. Going back in 2 weeks, can't wait

I’d been before but brought my family this time and they loved it!! All the portion sizes were much bigger due to the size of our party, and we all left very full and happy
