Okami - Warragul

As always, an absolute amazing night out. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves and the food provided. We left feeling full and content. The staff were friendly and I love the QR ordering however it did boot me out about 6 times. I would love if the QR ordering gave a notes option or something like that. We really enjoyed a couple dishes however don't handle spice well and would have loved to ask for no spicy sauces. We will be back again soon.

The food quality and the size of the plates have gone down, I have been to this restaurant a couple of times. Disappointing as it started off great.

I love okami the freshness of the food,value and beef carpaccio is my favorite. The ordering your through phone system works well .it does get noisey but you can’t have everything

Food and service were excellent, the atmosphere was terrible due to the consistent core wind coming through the door as people entered and left. We were moved to another table that was little better. We got up to close the door approximately 20 times during our meal, this needs to be addressed as four to five tables would be effected. A simple door closer would be very helpful and a screen behind the door would also be useful. Thanks Colin Cheesman.

Food choice & dining experience inside was more like a shopping centre food court, not a Japanese Restaurant. The food was quite tasty & prompt service. Was extremely noisy inside & difficult to hear any of the conversation at our table..

The new system of ordering on phone is ridiculous & you have lost customers , we always recommend people to go to okami . We used to love coming as a family outing but ordering on phone & the wait times & not getting food & not being able to see what ordered was ridiculous. & I can see why kitchen & staff were inundated with orders & rushing around . As customers it was not a good experience.

This was our first visit but we will be back. It was very busy today for Fathers’Day, but the staff were very helpful and quick. Well done!

The Warragul store is the best we have attended, staff are great, food is always prepared and presented well and the store is accomodating to our 18 month old who often likes to go exploring the restaurant

The only thing they need to do is ask you when you get there if you have been here before otherwise some people may not know how it works

First and last time, no customer service what so ever. I had to walk up and ask how it all worked as well as get our table cutlery no staff to be seen, tables around us full of dirty dishes an hour after they had left. I understand the app is there for “easement” but actually ask people if they know how to use it or need anything

Our dining experience was pretty good, this was the first time we had been with the new online QR code system. It was straightforward and good that the food has been separated out a bit more. The food portion has also increased which is great.

Some staff were rude & obviously didn't want to be there. Had to ask for some things 3 times before we received them. Prices have gone up on everything again & they refused split bills between 6 of us, even though we were paying the same amount, so one person had to pay the whole bill & if no one carries cash anymore, how will that work? We have been dining there a lot, but we won't be back. Very disappointing 😡

It was good but once we had had a few dishes it was like they didn't want us ordering anymore meals and so stopped clearing the plates and never came back to see if we wanted anymore dishes or drinks. We had to go to the counter twice to order more food and ask for icecream. When bringing that food to the table they left all the dirty dishes still there. Started off good but then was pretty annoying to have dirty dishes just sitting there, also the men would of kept drinking if they had of asked. So money lost there. We were there for an hour, so still had plenty of time.

I swear some of our food was left out of the order and still cost us 411$

Everyone enjoyed the range and quality of food. Good portions with great taste.

Really nice food and the service was super quick. Only a few little things, neither of which reflects the service and food. 1- it was pretty cold in the restaurant. 2- I would've loved some ambient music in the background.

Charged me the more expensive age bracket for my 8 year old daughter didn’t realise until I got home and looked at the receipt. Ordering through QR code is a great idea in theory but when you have to wait 15 minutes to flag someone down to order an ice cream because you can’t use the QR code for it is a joke, you’d think if they are physically taking orders they’d be able to help you quicker with that. Vegetables in garlic was a waste it was just bulk shredded cabbage, carrot and a minuscule amount of onion. Ew. I miss Isshin Drouin, they were far superior to this crappy place

The food was some of the most fresh food we have had in a long time. The staff were great and we had an absolutely wonderful time. ありがとございます。
