First time eating here. Friendly, helpful staff. Good was very good, though slight issue on last order not going through on QR code menu/order app, however staff were quick to sort this out for us. 👌🏼👌🏼👌🏼 Would definitely recommend.

Had a glitch with ordering food via QR code. we had ordered more food and waited along time before asking and being told no more food was on order. I don't like QR code ordering. Prefer the service.

It was a pleasant experience, not unlike my experience in Okami Shepparton, they have the worst manager and customer service, so kudos to the staffs and service of Traralgon branch, they are all serving with a happy smile.

Peekaboo! There were some kids playing around. It was cute but trying to have a serious conversation was almost impossible. Lol The food and service was amazing.

Chicken teriyaki were poor than previous visit 2 years ago. Bring back previous version of ice cream, ready made one are taste like made from milk powder. Sushimi platter are different from menu picture without tuna fish, salmon are not fresh enough.

Tonight food was slow to arrive or didn’t arrive at all. It was disappointing when this isn’t what we’ve been used to. To be told we had come to the end of service but we hadn’t actually received food that we’d ordered over an hour earlier was frustrating.

The staff were lovely, the food fantastic and the extra touch of a soap rose for Mother’s Day was nice.
