Great food as always. And always brought out super fast after ordering. Just need to work on the same service for drinks.

Normally I rate Okami as excellent but last night was terrible, the service was incredibly slow, which at an all you can eat restaurant means you don't get good value. They even managed to lose one of our orders which means we sat there waiting over 40 minutes without any food. then we had to rush to get our desserts before we had to leave so the next session could be seated..... NOT HAPPY

Service was all over the place. I would get one starter then one main. As I would expect to get served starers first and then mains. As we ordered a mix of both in one time. Plus the wait time in between dishes was way to long and not taking finished plates cleaning the table as they go. Makes hard to get more plates on table. Had been there 1 hour and the staff hadn't cleaned the table opposite just kept piling up. I feel like the staff where not talking to each other as not all our starters or mains we ordered where at the table and dessert came. I know I had all you can eat but it is always nice for everything to be stream lined and seamless. Hope this is not like other Okmi as was my first time there.

1. We felt unwelcome. 2. From the beginning to the end, I couldn't see anyone's smile. 3. I had to wait a very long time to place an order (I called a certain employee several times to order and said I would come back soon, but she didn't come back) 4. They gave a cup but didn't give water until we asked two times around the middle of the meal. 5. We ordered a cola, but we were able to get it near the end of the meal. 6. Our reservation time was 7.45pm and they got a last order at 8.45.

We were sat right up the front and had the cold breeze hitting my back the whole time with empty tables down the back. Other than that food was great and service was great also

Food taste yummy not salty at all, the beef teriyaki is tender, love their fried rice that aroma makes my mouth water, udon noodles soup it has a mild taste which goes well with any meat in the menu and there black sesame ice cream also green tea ice cream is not too sweet. Me and my husband are very satisfied with what we ordered, along with smiling friendly staff I would tell my friends to try. See you next time 😊😊😊

Our experience was overall good. It was a very busy night and there were a lot of people. There were a few things that we would not order again, but others that were really nice.

As always, the food was great...when we got it. With the later sitting, the restaurant is overcrowded and social distancing was non-existent. By the time we got into the restaurant it was 8:15pm and our orders weren’t taken until almost 9pm. Courses would come out once every 5-7mins, leaving us quite hungry as our first dish was served at 9:20pm. By 10pm the pace of dishes being served was much faster. Drinks service was also very slack. Only getting our order taken the once and it took almost 40 minutes for it to arrive. I’ll still go back, just not for the later session.

Seriously have one addicted hubby with this place. He can be hard to please, but Okami has become his new fave restaurant. No stop ins at Maccas required after eating here.
