Okami – Traralgon

Great food and service. We loved it. Byo wine was a bonus.

Waited 20 minutes for anyone to come to the table and take orders even after being waived down while all other tables were half way through their meals. Drinks took 55 minutes to come..

Loved it, the service is excellent and the food is hot and fresh and just keeps coming for as long as you want it.

Food was delicious,Great lunch date with my family and friends. Happy tummy.

Food is fantastic but been disappointed we're not happy waiting for staff to take our orders,some staff taking orders to the other costumers still waiting. if my husband not asking one of the staff no one can assist us.

Staff were friendly but the service was very slow and the staff need more training on the floor and the menu and how to take orders and deliver what was ordered.

My partner and I love going to Okami's. Great food, great service. Sometimes the noise levels are too high. This specific time they had music playing in the kitchen (bit too loud) and in the restaurant and it was clashing. But all in all, we love coming here.

Okami's is great! Staff are lovely, food is delicious. Sometimes the wait time is a little longer than expected if it's busy and a meal might not arrive, but you can just re-order. Always happy to go back to Okami's :)

Another great night of food. Again the drinks orders are extremely slack. Lucky there is water on the table - but a restaurant doesn’t make money from tap water on the table. Social distancing is non-existent either.

Customer service needs serious improvement but the food was great and so was Chris!

Absolutely amazing food, decor and staff at Omani. Very attentive they were quick to see if you needed anything and the food came out very quickly overall A++++

As always a treat. Food is always delicious. Although I felt like we were being pushed out the restaurant at 8:30pm (dinner reservation was at 7:45).
