Would leave a much better review if we didn't have to order through our phone. Wouldn't have went if we knew they had changed, yet still charge the same price when there is no customer service.

We were disappointed with the wait time- one time (fried rice) we ordered at the start we didn’t not even got it at the end about an hour late, we actually ended up canceling and leaving it. It took longer and longer for items to arrive. We did all we can eat, service was so slow we could not wait any longer we left as kids were getting restless. We ended up doing fast food take out as we were still hungry. We won’t be returning back.

Food is great! but now they have brought out a scan to order code on your phone.. which the orders stuffed up for me and didn't send to the kitchen. but you can still be waited on by the staff (which I prefer)

Food is great. Drinks range is limited that I can handle, but please let us split bills.

The new card system is good, and being able to order via your phone is helpful when there are long wait times. Can’t fault the food. You can fault the no splitting bill option. Enough already. Let people split the bill. Don’t waste money on a silly pay machine - invest that money in hiring staff that can add and subtract.

We had a visitor from the UK and a first timer at Okami. They loved the Okami Eat All You a can concept. We enjoyed a variety of entree, snacks and mains. Most delightful and delicious. Thank you.

The new ordering system works with a QR code, works fine if you’ve been before and know the options well. Just takes away from the experience and u can’t make any changes.

The food is always amazing and the staff are kind

The food when it eventually came out was good. Unfortunately the service for the evening was marred with incorrect orders arriving at the table or not arriving at all. Eventually our group was told that the second sitting would start and that we'd need to vacate the premises even though multiple items that we were waiting on either never arrived or needed to be ordered again due to it being 'lost in translation'. After paying and giving feedback as a result of the service no resolution was ever achieved. A number was left for the manager to call back the following day but a follow up call never came. Truly unfortunate that a night that you're looking forward to leads to disappointment.
