The food was amazing! Wasn’t a fan of the ordering thru the phone, was difficult to remember what had been ordered throughout the booking. Service was lovely.

We ordered a beer and an apple juice and they forgot to bring them, we asked for the beer and then they brought the wrong one and still no juice

All round good value , fresh food ,great staff prices well

The meals had the pre prepared feel. Steak was cold and unappetising. Wouldn’t recommend based on last night’s experience

It was our first time there and used the QR code to order. Unfortunately our order only submitted our drinks and we unknowingly sat waiting 30 mins before calling a wait staff to find where our food is. The staff was able to help us order and we only waited another 5 mins before the entrees arrived. Other than that, we had an amazing time and thoroughly enjoyed the food.

We’ve come to Okami Traralgon a lot. We love the food and atmosphere but the wait times got a little lengthy about half an hour into our booking. It would be fantastic if there was an option to view your online food orders to know what you’re still waiting on.

It was great never had a problem it has been about the 10th times we have gone

Came here for my birthday dinner with a large group of family and friends. They were a little skeptical at first but loved it once they’d tried it

Booking was nice and easy. The service was very very slow and dishes that were ordered never came out. The drinks were mixed up twice. Waited over 30 mins from time the drinks were ordered to the time the right drinks came to the table. The food was really nice when it finally arrived.

The food was lovely but what a shame that with 6 waitresses we had to order online. No service anymore. Too bad for older people who don't have their phone on them all the time. Older lady who I think may have been the owner was quite rude. Dining out should be an experience. Won't be back.

We were so full! New ordering system with qr code made it easier to order and faster service.
