Okami – Traralgon

A bit noisy for my husband as he has hearing aids which restricts the conversation quite a bit, and secondly, the spacing was a little bit tight, BUT excellent staff, very attentive and friendly. Well done.

Always a good date night, however some background music would go alright

Two children aged 14 and 15 were served alcohol without being asked for ID. When I approached the hostess, they apologised and stated they were busy.

After a wonderful 2 previous visits, tonight's visit was so disappointing. Food taking up to 30mins to arrive and arriving cold, making the steak really disappointing. I won't be hurrying back there as we arrived at 5.30pm and didn't leave until 8.45pm, still unsatisfied food wise and will be changing my google review.

Service (ordering) was great, but unfortunately it took a considerable amount of time for the meals to come out, to the extent that we ordered additional dishes which came out before the original meals were delivered. The cooked meals were barely luke warm. Have been many times before and this was definitely the worst experience we have ever had.
