This was our 3rd visit to Okami in Sunbury. Food was good. However service wasnt as good/attentive as the two other previous times we have been, and both times were busier. Food began arriving before our drinks, and food was ordered a good 10-15 minutes after the drinks were ordered. Staff also didn't seem as friendly as other times we have been.

We went there with our baby, and the staff members were kind and friendly, organising our table with a baby high chair. We will definitely go back there!!

We've been several times and it's always great food but the service last night was super slow. We ended up leaving without some if the items we'd requested (and others we were planning to if you could actually get someone's attention) because they were taking far too long. Overall great food and value for money though and may have just been an off night as we haven't found them to be that slow on previous occasions

We did not get our Steak Teriyaki which we ordered first and even after three reminders it never came. The courses were slow to come.

Amazing staff, interesting menu and great food highlight Okami Sunbury. Very impressed.

I get that we were just a two person table compared to the other larger families present, but I did have to consistently grab someone’s attention to order food, and we waited quite a while. There was one guy who did an amazing job whenever he did serve us though; nice and friendly. Overall, I brought my friend over to visit Okami for the first time and she enjoyed the food very much. (As did I).

Great food/service for such a busy night, we had a great time with family here!
