Fast and friendly service. Really well run compared to other Okamis.

Food was great. Service was good. Staff were friendly and helpful. Will be back again.

We liked all of the above but found there was a lot of fat / oil in the meals.

Miso steak is a go to ! Get it you won’t be disappointed!

The staff were unfriendly and it felt like they didn’t want to be there. I was very cold inside and several other patrons asked for the air con either to be turned down or off and we were told no. The restaurant was not very busy at the 7.45pm session with a lot of empty table yet we had to wait a long time between ordering even with flipping the card over to red. The staff seemed like something more exciting was happening out the back because that’s where they spent their time. I ordered a dish that had a hair in it which then put me off my food. I would not go back to Sunbury Okami ever again. We usually go to Doncaster and have never experienced anything like we did at Sunbury.

1. The entree, tempura vegetables, arrived after the main meal was served, was cold and very thick/hard vegetable slices. 2. The two main meals did not arrive together so obviously one got cold waiting for the other to arrive. We ordered from the A La Carte menu.

the resturant was very hot dont think the air con was working considering it was 33 degress outside drink service was very slow we had to ask for our drinks 3 times was not the best experience we have had there

Well we have eaten at incredible restaurants through out Australia but your restraunt is fresh food, healthy food we are vegetarians so enjoy your experience, your staff are beautiful, so friendly and helpful and polite your lady who manages is amazing she is AAA
