Loved the new ordering system with tablets, much faster service

The food and service here is,always spot on. Been here a number of times and it's such good value

Food and drinks were great. Was a bit loud. Had to correct my meal though so was a bit slow getting out.

We stacked up all the plates and cups for collection before birthday cake came out to help. Table next to us loud, rude about staff and complaining waiting for their cake so got cleared and we did not. Great service and understanding of one of the children's sensory issues who could not eat and so was taken off total.

We loved the iPad ordering system. It meant we didn't have to catch the eye of the staff to do a top up of orders. Very easy to use even for us oldies.

OKAMI in Sunbury is a fantastic place to go for dinner, the food is amazing, the staff is always friendly and the service is great.

We had a lovely dinner and great value for a family of 5, with two teenage boys. The ipads make the ordering process so much easier now. Always clean, food hot and fresh and great customer service. Thank you for feeding our family tonight!

The foo was beautiful and the customer service was exceptional

Extremely confusing at first. The waiters meant well but did not explain how to order enough food for the whole table, and when to order. So we had dishes enough for one to be shared between seven, and entrees and mains served at the same time.

We had a lovely dinner and left feeling very full 🙂

With the addition of tablets at the table to make you orders is a far better experience. The staff are always great but when busy having to wait at times has been removed by this.
