the walls and the floor where so dirty as you walk into the bathroom it was disgusting. the cupboard where we were sitting you could see where they tried to clean it but left the wipe marks there. the service to start with was good, but when you asked to get the table cleared to eat it was not that girls job and she said she would get someone to clear it. it sat there till we left. we then asked for take away containers same deal was not her job and we waited again to get the containers. they then wanted to charge a serv charge for using a efpos card. not a great experience.

Would have scored far more highly if you allowed split bills and didn't sit the tables SO closely together - there was a whole other half of the restaurant totally empty so you could have spread people out more evenly - have you learnt nothing from COVID???

We had 545pm booking and the place was packed. The waiters were always on the look out for customers hands when they wanted to order, we never had to wait, very prompt. Everything was delicious.

It's always a pleasure to dine at Okami. The food is absolutely delicious and great value for money. The staff is friendly and hard working, doing their best every time.

Visit was good just a bit squishy when seated unfortunately

Took a while for dishes to come out and when they finally did they weren't hot. It was pretty noisy too even though the restaurant was only half full. Waitstaff were nice.

we had a great time it was my second visit in 4 weeks we. couldn't falt it.....Congratulations on a great restaurant. ery well done, the format for the service is brilliant don't change a thing.

Service was very poor and slow today. I had to ask three times for water. One time we were sitting with no food for a good 15 mins .. which is too long to wait.. Some of the food we have ordered did not arrive .. but no explanation why.. One of the desert did not come also so we ended up leaving earlier than expected. The staff seems to be understaffed and they were not keeping up with the orders. We have been here a times and service is normally ok .. Today was just terrible experience which left us feeling annoyed and very frustrated. We will think twice before coming back here again.

Ordered boiled rice 3 times for 6 ppl got 1 bowl after 1.3 hours of asking where it was. Ordered a number of dishes that never came and not enough for the 7 ppl on the table as I kept ordering and the orders for “lost”.

We watched everyone around us, who were seated after us, get served before us. We ordered 8-10 dishes at once, and the dishes arrived in drips and drabs, cold and disappointing. Our first dish was 2 small pieces of chicken on a plate, then we waited a further 20 mins for other dishes to arrive. Plates were piled high on every table and the noise of clanging plates and cups was awful. The sushi was fresh, and that was the best part, but I would not go again and I wouldn’t recommend this place to eat. There was not enough wait staff. They were worked off their feet and they apologised for the delays but it was uncomfortable to watch the wait staff struggle under the pressure.

It was a nice night out. Its worth checking out.

Good value, nice food if you can eat a lot!

Some of our dishes ordered didn’t come out Fried rice came out last so we had to eat our mains without rice but The food was cooked beautifully

The restaurant was crowded but the food and service were still good.

Loved the food, the staff, the service and will go back many more times. The biggest issue was the noise. As there are so many hard surfaces even with minimal people talking it was hard to hear anything past the person next to you. The tables are small so you are nice and close to talk, but still too loud to hear.

The booking was really easy. We also enoyed that the restaurant was not too full when we came. We loved the new dishes. There is room for a little improvement with the speed of getting the food to the table, but it was overall really good.

Always delicious food and quick service. Love this place. Great for bigger groups.

Food is excellent and very good value for money love it

Orders forgotten and some cold food. After dessert, staff came out with some of the forgotten food items as we were walking out the door.

Everything was great. The only thing I found was that the lighting was too sterile. It felt too bright just like you are sitting in the middle of a department store. I would go back; the food and service were very good.

Food was great, very slow to get drinks, didnt get some of what we ordered. No one cleared our plates or bottles (cleaned plates to begin with then stopped) but cleaned all tables around us which were empty. I have been they numerous times before and has been exceptional. We will be back

The staff on shift were great, but there was not enough staff on shift, everyone was very busy and it did cause a longer service time than i have had on previous visits. The Food was amazing as always.
