Great food nice spacious restaurant very good service been here 3 times

Slow service. Defeats the advertised "All you can eat". Not all that was ordered arrived. This was for a 60th Birthday celebration. Which was extremely disappointing. The waiter had very poor english. He did not understand english at all. Delibrate, as to why the food delivery was so slow. You offer a 2 hour window with slow food? The menu has also shrunk considerably. More appetizers than real food.

2nd time we have been here, updated the menu with new products . Staff friendly and helpful. Didn’t have to wait too long for food to start arriving to table. All beautifully presented and delicious

Food was good like normal but having a big table was a bit like the waitresses avoided us.

Average food. Most of the meals came out just warm which was disappointing. Only things that were hot were the spring rolls and potato crochets. Tempura batter was thick and oily.

Slow service even know they weren't as busy as I've seen, u can't get a coffee, food was nice but not as nice as other okami restaurants

First time here and will definitely come again great value for money and staff friendly and food was hot and delicious

Recent changes to serving sizes etc and speed of service took away from the experience. But will eat there again.

Absolutely no regard for dietary restrictions. I put gluten free on the reservation, confirmed with the waitress when we sat down + got the allergy menu, and confirmed again when we ordered. Was served items containing gluten rather than the gluten free options I’d ordered and only told after I checked again because an item looked like I hadn’t been given the gluten free option. I accept a risk of cross contamination, but that’s different to being outright served items containing gluten when I took every measure to make sure it was gluten free. When trying to check details with another staff member he was extremely rude and unhelpful.

Nice restaurant and nice food, beef dishes average but seafood dishes all nice. Customer service requires a little more attention as its hard to ask a waiter to come to your table to order other dishes,maybe need some sort of button or light at table so people aren't just yelling out or waiting for service.

Great food. A bit noisy but service was great and food came out very quickly

I mentioned in my online booking that we were celebrating my daughter's birthday. No one staff member even wished her a happy birthday...what's the purpose of having the notes on the booking page? We have been to the Pakenham restaurant several times now, I think we'll try a different venue next visit.

We love Okami and thought we would check out the Pakenham venue. Won’t go back. Restaurant was freezing, food was cold, obviously sat too long before being served. Definitely not enough wait staff. Tuna sashimi was not the right colour so we didn’t eat it. Very disappointing visit
