My Birthday lunch with friends and we all had a fabulous time. The food 🥘 was delicious the service excellent and everyone enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and attentive. We all ate too much and will return again soon

Food was great, service was great, professional and friendly. The only issue was actually trying to contact the restaurant in regards to the booking. On answer on landline or mobile, no replies to messages left, no replies to emails sent and no reply to message sent on the online chat service, which was not available during the times listed. Other than that, the eating experience was well worth the visit and we will return.

Was our first time at Okami, was impressed overall, food was great, service was good, although there was a couple of occasions where we were left sitting there waiting for some dishes for a long time, where I had to ask the second time and it came straight away. Will be coming back for sure!

Food was excellent, high standards. Service was great with friendly staff, only issue was the time our last dish came out, it took over thirty five minutes. We will go back and we do understand it was an extremely busy night. Very happy 😊

Been before and times for food to come out is very long . Dirty Plates were stacking up. Water wasn’t replaced when empty. As iv been to other venues many diffrent times the service was not up to standard that OKAMI holds.

Understand that this location is new and there are a lot of issues which need to be looked into for patrons to have a fantastic dining experience. Food quality is still amazing as per fellow franchises. Timeliness of service needs work. Felt that restaurant has putting a lot of energy on their take away orders over the orders placed by customers dining in. We waited over an hour for one dish which was concerning where other customers received the same dish within minutes of ordering. Incorrect orders were placed on our table whilst waiting for outstanding items. Overall a ok experience understanding covid has changed the landscape of dining.

First time at pakenhM been to other franchises. The food was good but wait times were forever. Takeaway was being prioritised rather than the orders in the restaurant. Some orders never came. Need more staff as were waiting to order pay and be seated. Good atmosphere. Only thing is season finnished at 7:30 but took last orders at 7 where other franchises let you order all the way up till 7:30. Aircon was turned on near the end not sure if this was to make people leave as it got extremely cold. Male server was extremely friendly Nd nice. More communication needed or signs in table to scan code etc as we had multiple staff come up and ask us to do it when we had already done. Good value for money if you can eat a lot. Food very slow coming out so order a lot at the start or you will be waiting and waiting.noise was good talking level nice soft music. Will be going again but maybe later season as food would already be started making

Very welcoming and the food was hot and delicious. A few mix ups with some food items from other tables that kept coming to us but the staff were all very attentive. We will definitely be back real soon
