I took my partner here for date night and it was definitely worth it. The atmosphere was lovely, the waiters were so friendly and nothing was too much of a trouble. The food was fresh and came out without hardly any wait. Very impressed and will be back in the future!

Everything was great. Service wasn’t the best and some food didn’t come but the food that did was amazing.

The food was reasonable but we had to ask 3 times for wine glasses, got 3 waitresses in the first 60s asking if we were ready to order (give us a few mins!) And importantly... at the end of the meal they started wheeling out these trolleys filled with garbage!! Awful. Its cheap, but it shows.

Great food and bargain price highly recommended. In Dyche we trust.

Our first visit was great. The second one, however, not so much. The food was great and generally came out promptly. Then we had to wait around 50 minutes for our additional two chicken katsu’s, the only thing my daughters eat. We notified two or three waiters about the order but it didn’t come, until one of us went up to tell the manager. Even then, only one katsu order arrived.

Great meal and service would recommend this restaurant I look forward to going here again

Been to here many many times and tonight was just not a good night. The tables were so cramped together no where near 1.5m the person behind me chair was literally touch felt to claustrophobic and they needed to get bigger space or less people. The were a couple mistakes with food due to language barrier between couple of staff but the food was still enjoyable if all else was taken away from the situation. I will be going again but if this was my first experience I would not visit again

Fantastic service and delightful cuisine. Highly recommend the stir fry vegetables with garlic sauce, chicken katsu and green tea cream cream.

The music was really really loud but the food was good and came on time except Couple items keep having to ask if they were actually coming as we were getting our 3rd 4th order and still waiting for stuff from 1st if that makes sense

My Birthday lunch with friends and we all had a fabulous time. The food 🥘 was delicious the service excellent and everyone enjoyed it. The staff were friendly and attentive. We all ate too much and will return again soon

Food was great, service was great, professional and friendly. The only issue was actually trying to contact the restaurant in regards to the booking. On answer on landline or mobile, no replies to messages left, no replies to emails sent and no reply to message sent on the online chat service, which was not available during the times listed. Other than that, the eating experience was well worth the visit and we will return.

Was our first time at Okami, was impressed overall, food was great, service was good, although there was a couple of occasions where we were left sitting there waiting for some dishes for a long time, where I had to ask the second time and it came straight away. Will be coming back for sure!

It was such an amazing dining experience and we will certainly be back. The staff were so attentive and the restaurant is sparkling clean. The food was excellent.

Been before and times for food to come out is very long . Dirty Plates were stacking up. Water wasn’t replaced when empty. As iv been to other venues many diffrent times the service was not up to standard that OKAMI holds.

Understand that this location is new and there are a lot of issues which need to be looked into for patrons to have a fantastic dining experience. Food quality is still amazing as per fellow franchises. Timeliness of service needs work. Felt that restaurant has putting a lot of energy on their take away orders over the orders placed by customers dining in. We waited over an hour for one dish which was concerning where other customers received the same dish within minutes of ordering. Incorrect orders were placed on our table whilst waiting for outstanding items. Overall a ok experience understanding covid has changed the landscape of dining.

First time at pakenhM been to other franchises. The food was good but wait times were forever. Takeaway was being prioritised rather than the orders in the restaurant. Some orders never came. Need more staff as were waiting to order pay and be seated. Good atmosphere. Only thing is season finnished at 7:30 but took last orders at 7 where other franchises let you order all the way up till 7:30. Aircon was turned on near the end not sure if this was to make people leave as it got extremely cold. Male server was extremely friendly Nd nice. More communication needed or signs in table to scan code etc as we had multiple staff come up and ask us to do it when we had already done. Good value for money if you can eat a lot. Food very slow coming out so order a lot at the start or you will be waiting and waiting.noise was good talking level nice soft music. Will be going again but maybe later season as food would already be started making

Very welcoming and the food was hot and delicious. A few mix ups with some food items from other tables that kept coming to us but the staff were all very attentive. We will definitely be back real soon
