we ate there for the second time, good food however the menu could use some new items, tables too close to each other, a bit warm inside for a summer day, air con should've been on for longer beforehand.

Staff were very polite and we received great service. There were a few little hiccups but it was very busy. All Staff should be congratulated. Especially the manager who handled an irate patron very well.

I love the food and the service. It was our first visit and it didn’t fail us. All the stuffs were working hard and trying their best to deliver all the food items as soon as they can. Although ironically there was that certain man who was furious and making a scene complaining they couldn’t get what they had ordered and the service was terrible. I thought he was quite rude and should have handled the situation in a better manner and especially when he got two little toddlers with him.Luckily, the owner and staff there were trying to solve the situation professionally.

There was good and not so good. The beef dishes were not so good, chewy and tasteless. Fried rice was pretty ordinary. The tempura seafood, batter was great but not so much prawn in the batter. Chicken dishes were good. As was squid salad. Noodle dish was very bad. Service was slower than usual but ok. Server was lovely. Price is great

We arrived at 7.45pm and by 8.30pm they were asking for last orders. We were there celebrating a birthday and felt extremely rushed. We felt we should leave at 9pm when all the waiters were staring at us waiting for us to leave.

food was disappointing. will not be going again. I have had better Japanese food from a food court at a shopping center.

Sitting in a spot were the air conditioner is blasting cold air on you is not nice. In the beginning they switched it of on our request yet later it was put back on (understanding as it was getting full of people) yet really they should not put people straight under the airconditioner. I had neck issues that night and I feel it was of the cold air blasting on it. Yet food and staff was aweseome

My granddaughter had to take her baby home early as the noise level was too high for the babies comfort. Various dishes were great except for the fried fish dessert which was questionable.

Food are great and staff are all friendly. Looking forward to book in again.

Firstly - GREAT night!! the restaurant was very busy, so completely understood the table service being a little slower - staff are all very friendly and food is always very good! it was a little noisy, but again, also understand that over 100 people in a restaurant is going to have that happen. I felt bad because, with the slower table service (for ordering) we tried to order enough food to get us through and it ended up being a couple dishes too many, but thoroughly enjoyed the night, the service the staff and the food!
