we love this place great value, kids are bit exp though.

We went for my Step daughter's birthday, she is vegetarian so we needed somewhere that catered for everyone, including my 7 year old. Everyone loved the food!!! Food was fresh and delicious and fast. Highly recommend this restaurant. I will definitely be going again!!

I love their beef carpaccio, both their miso and teriyaki steak, juicy and tender. Staff were friendly and quick with service. Definitely be back soon👍🏼👏🏻

Loved the food but service was slow at our table we had to ask 3x for our sashimi platters. And go and chase up other orders. The table next to us was getting non stop service. It was noisy and I feel they need to organise themselves a bit more. Paying as you enter would be a better idea instead of in the middle of service. I would go again as we love Japanese food but would try a different store.

I really enjoyed the freshly cooked food. It was a bit slow coming out and then it was final order. We suddenly got lots of dishes and had our fill. Next time I’ll order more at a time earlier. The downside was the noise level as the dining area was quite crowded. They did a great job getting to everyone. I’m looking forward to an opportunity to return and dine again.

The service was terrific, very friendly staff and we didn't have to wait very long each time we wanted service. Food is great and we highly recommend Okami :)

Beautiful service, even more amazing food, and definitely worth the money. Only sad thing is that there’s a time limit but even then you still have plenty of time to eat to your heart’s content

The food was great. Apart from the squid balls, has only 1 small tiny piece of tentical square the size of my fingernail. Don’t get the balls. Wouldn’t suggest to order that or the spiced squid piece... chewy and dry. Other than that food was great. Service was great, except for ordering 3 dishes at the end and waiting 15 mins when we checked how long it would be, that actually hadn’t put the order through. But got quick after they redid it. Great little place. Would definitely go again.

Absolutely love this place gone back 3,times in the last couple months, fantastic service food is great & love the no wastage of food. everything is delicious you don't leave a crumb behind highly recommend, will be back soon

Easily booked online, very friendly service with great food. Staff remember who you are and always make you feel welcome. Reasonably priced so good value for money

Great experience. Good food. The waiters and waitresses were very attentive. We don't know anyone who has come away from here still hungry. Good value.

Love it. the food is A1 excellent. The service is excellent also. The noise factor could be improved as it is very hard to hear when talking to your guests. The divisions between large tables could be more sound acoustic,also the ceilings to absorb the noise factor. but 10/10 for all the rest.

The customer service was really poor for some of the waiters. It was no aircon on such a hot day. It wasn’t busy but we still didn’t get all of the orders. I won’t come back there. Sorry. Not good impression!!!

Nice Japanese all you can eat restaurant. Food are nuce and fresh. Good atmosphere but gets really loud and noisy when it's packed. Service was decent. Recommend to order as many as you can on your first or second round as it gets really busy and it might take a while to get the attention of the staff for your next order. But staff are very friendly.

The food was cold and we had to wait 20 min out the front before we could come in. Then when we did order the food was cold like it had been pre made and left there.

Great choice of food options and so tasty! Was very busy being Valentine’s day but they made it work and were still attentive to us!

The service was a little slower than other visits and there was a couple of small mix ups on what we ordered but the food was still really good and all in all a very enjoyable evening.

The food were pretty average, got given a table just a few steps away from the toilets and the air-con right above my head. They said there were no other tables available to swap for us. Both the food & the service at this Okami restaurant is pretty poor compare to other Okami locations. Definitely not recommended.

my first experience at Okami was amazing so I decided to go again, and than again.. now my girlfriend thinks I have an addiction lol. seriously tho its good food prepared freshly and all you can eat for thirty bucks. I can't recommend this place enough

Excellent customer service. Very efficient, professional and very polite. I enjoyed the food but couldn’t try them all. Good Sake, and Japanese green tea ice cream is highly recommended. Will come back to try the rest of the food.

Great service, fantastic quality food. They also care about what you think as the customer. Husband and I thoroughly enjoyed specifically the Teriyaki chicken, steak, dumplings and fried rice. All absolutely fresh food made as you order.

The customer service was great. The food was relatively good. The atmosphere was jolly though a bit noisy because of how busy it was that night. Overall, a nice experience.

Nice food overall. Service was reasonable. It would have been better if patrons were informed that the last request for food would be over an hour before the advertised closing time of, (in our case), 11.00pm. We would have planned our meal differently and not been caught short on trying other items on the menu. Maybe a sign on the door or counter and on the web page to inform patrons that the food stops over an hour before the sitting stops. Thanks.

The service at Okami was spectacular, the staff was very polite and it made the experience excellent. The food was absolutely delicious, we were very pleased with the quality of the food and Okami is one of our favourite Japanese restaurants because of it this as well. We will definitely come back another time, the atmosphere of the restaurant is without words amazing, the interior of the restaurant itself is beautiful without saying. Overall it was such a fun time thanks to your very friendly staff and absolutely delicious food! We have no criticism to mention, honestly a magnificent restaurant!

nice food. sometimes it is slow to have the food ready and forget. guess too many customers. You better to order your favorate together foryour first order. However the table is small to present all of them.

We are regulars here and have been going for years starting at the Hampton location. The staff is amazing and he good is top quality! We love Okami!

It was actually dpretty good until they said that they don't do split bills, kinda ruined the night for us. Too bad, we would have given them a higher rating if they did.
