All great food with friends and binding time together. Enjoyed it

We took some family out for dinner here for the first time and they said it was the best all you can eat experience they’d had. Food was top quality and the service was quick and friendly.

We didnt get out food for ages as the new waitress didnt put our food through the all you can eat but the guy waiter was so apoligetic and nice. Service was good minus the little hiccup and the food was amazing. We will be back there :)

We found the beef dishes very tough to chew was very disappointed as we normally really enjoy the food

We love the menu change! The price has gone up slightly too but we are happy to pay the bit extra for such good quality food.

It was a really lovely experience tonight. We were a much older group on our table overall and there was a large teenage group on the table behind us. Their parents/teachers should be very proud of them. They had fun and enjoyed their meal and their behaviour was exemplary. Such a wonderful group of young people who acted in a mature and respectful manner all night.

It was difficult getting wait staff attention to re order food, an it took very long time for drinks to arrive (3 separate times)

The food was great, but we had some foods we ordered never arrive, and others didn't arrive until an hour and a half later.

Absolutely amazing service. Quickly took food orders and the first lot of food was out extremely quickly. It felt as though as soon as we finished one plate of food the next would be brought out which was excellent service. Wait staff were friendly and made great suggestions.

Dishes take a long time to come and never at the same time, you get one then 5 or 10 mins later you get another, this happened for the entire session. This makes for an unpleasant dining experience. You would not put up with this in a normal restaurant.

Nice restaurant, food is a little different from last, enjoyed the chicken, the beef is not as tender a previous. Does get very noisy when there are a lot of people in the restaurant.

good night out service a little slow at times but they were very busy

seating - tables got cold blash each time outside door opened- 2 other tables also left early due to this. Meals - salmon was with skin on, side up on sashimi, missed orders, wait for food 10-20 minutes between dishes. Noisy and echoed. When asked how the meal was, I polited stated it was terrible, she did not care and made usual I'm sorry and moved on....Choose another location for Okami as it was horrible.

Quality, quantity variety and fantastic value for money make this always a favourite.

Always have a great time, however better to go right as they open as the busier they get the more of the chance the waitstaff forget about sections, the food starts off great but as the night goes on the taste starts to go downhill
