Food was great the new digital ordering system was a bit of getting use too and had to be activated or something to work

Positives: the restaurant was clean, staff was friendly and food position sides were very large, parking was easy and the price is very reasonable, even on the cheap side. Negatives: we arrived with some expectations due to the positive reviews but was a little disappointed. The food was pretty much on par with any sushi chain outlet (sushi sushi, hero sushi, etc...) in terms of quality, taste and presentation.

Not a real Japanese food and very noisy environment, bad experience.

Arrived at the appointed time. Table was already set waiting for us. Staff attention to our table was excellent. Alwaus coming back to see if we needed anything else. Have been here before and will definately come back again.

The staff and food was fantastic as always. The new ordering at the table app is clunky and needs more user friendly improvements. Ordering drinks and food has no monitoring and no confirmation after the seems to be completed. Our waiter was as helpful as possible, But when we thought we processed our first order nothing happened for 20 minutes. Until we contacted our waiter for help. Please improve the ordering app or bring back ordering from waiters again. Thank you

Great food , value for money. Not keen on the ordering your own via QR code we miss the service of the person taking our order and it’s slower to order.

First visit. It was recommended. We loved the tempura. Can't wait to came back.

Zero customer service, very confusing menu, wait staff assuming everyone is a returning customer and behaved like I knew about the menu and did not bother to explain in detail. Never would be here again.

It was a busy night. The food was amazing with beautiful flavours. We leave before a coupe of dishes as we had waited too long but overall the food was absolutely fantastic

I love it at Okami, I only discovered them 2 weeks ago and have been back twice already! It's easily my new favourite food place, especially for catching up with friends.

Using the app to order 'all you can eat' made it really easy. The staff was polite, however they did mess up few of our dishes with another table. It was all fixed in a reasonable time though. For us at least :) (not sure about that other table).

My group loved the options on the menu and the food was flavorsome. The table ordering QR code was easy to use and the food was delivered in a timely manner. The service was not great and the seating time restrictions a little annoying, but it was time to leave!

We usually have a great experience however the food wasn't nearly as good as usual, our dishes kept going missing, one of the wait staff (very) noisily dragged her feet the entire time, and the QR code app used to order was terrible. It kept deleting our cart part way through ordering.

The new q I code ordering system is awful. No decent service because the staff are so overworked it's crazy. One waitress, who was wonderful for a full restaurant was ridiculous. I've always liked this restaurant but I won't be returning. When I pay $140 for three people to eat lunch I expect a waiter

The booking system and food were incredible and the price was great. Staff were very pushy when it came to ordering, asking for additional time to look at the menu was met with a sigh. Overall I would go back

My son and I enjoyed a really lovely meal at Okami. We were very impressed with the dishes - all you can eat. Excellent service. Only a bit concerned about the $15 tariff if we had more than 200g of left overs. Not sure on what that quantity is. Can understand not wasting - but maybe get some chickens.

1. rearrange the tables so that different parties are not directly next to each other. 2. peel the cooked prawns or if you won't then provide a finger bowl. 3. the 'waste' fee makes it feel uncomfortable to eat there. 4. the lychees in the drinks are clearly tinned. fresh is best. 5. the sashimi and sushi platter looks nothing like the picture 6. provide soy sauce. 7. dessert portions are too small.

They were extremely busy BUT they still managed to give great service with almost no wait time for the food & beverages. We are very impressed & would not hesitate to recommend them….

Drinks were expensive. I was a bit shocked at bill of $322 for 4 adults and 2 small children. Food was quite good.

We were very disappointed to read that "Okami restaurant is placing 16 venues in to voluntary administration" after Christmas. "Mr Campbell Wilson said the impact of Covid 19 was being blamed for the restaurant's struggles..." News.com.au I believe I read it in the Canberra Times newspaper as well. So I booked for what we thought was going to be the last day of trading. I asked 2 of the waiters is this closing true? they both said they knew nothing about the closures. We were very pleased to hear this. I think something needs to be done about this news articles as I'd hate to see our favourite sushi experience in this area, close down. None the less, as usual Okami was a great dining experience. Thank you

Food was unreal, service was great. Atmosphere was comfortable and restaurant was clean. We enjoyed it.

Everything was excellent except it was a bit cold outside with a draft coming through the plastic awnings.
