Food is great. New way of ordering is also good. However, timing of serving food is sometimes slow. Great price though!! 👏

As a chef who's lived in Japan for 4 years I believe I'm more than qualified to state- the food was utter shite. The experience overall was very sub par but specifically the food itself was a freakn embarrassment. As I sit typing this thoughts of the food I had last night comes back to me and honestly I feel nauseous...... not worth the 40bux per person. I wouldn't pay 10bux for what I ate. As im never going to give them a 2nd chance and therefore dont care if their business survives ,i will end now as they dont deserve my time wasted reviewing them or pointing out the specific issues with their garbage cuisine.. the end..

The food was blend. Many things were pre cooked and served to us. A bit odd. After the first round the waitress noticed that I requested gluten free soy sauce and came to explain that I have to ask gluten free stuff to them. It was too late. Not recommended

Very good service and good food in timely manner. Very happy customer.

Staff is always very friendly there, and even if it is very busy with customers , they manage to keep their cool and manage , with a smile

Such great value and food was amazing. Staff were rushed off their feet as so busy and weren’t as attentive particularly with drink orders but it was fine. Would definitely go again.

Most of the staff were great except for one. She was rude and argumentative at the end. The food was great but because it was busy we ended up waiting 20 minutes before one plate of four fresh prawns came to our table.

We didn’t get all our dishes, our order took so long so we didn’t realised that we missed plates. To get 2 beers took more than 10 minutes. It was pretty busy, we get it, maybe not enough stuff.

The ambience and the food was okay. Great customer service.

Our ordered food did not arrive multiple times. Was left waiting for our dishes for over an hour until we realised they were never coming. Was told to re-order the dish, but even then that took another 30 minutes, and only 2/3 dishes actually arrived.

Tried about 12 different dishes, loved some and was disappointed by 3 had to return one as it was too sweet. Otherwise, I would return again and just order the dishes we liked.

The QR ordering system , needs an overhaul. We did not get to see several dishes we ordered , when explained to supervisor , she kindly arranged for a few more plates to come out of the kitchen . However : there were still items missing from the order , staff was great & always friendly .

Fantastic variety of tasty food to choose from at such an amazing price. Try dishes which you wouldn't normally and be surprised. The food comes fast, like yum cha and the service is quick to match. A great place to bring the family for a good feed. Plus you can BYO wine but the sparkling sake is worth trying too.

Consider this is our first time there and soon we have sat down I k ow this is not going to be a good place to dine. The service is very bad. I'm so disappointed nothing near my expectations at all. I won't recommend to friends or family due to so bad experiences I have. Last thing I like to say it's expensive and it's not worth the money! I can rate this 2 out of 5

Food was good, but ordering thru QR on the phone is not very comforting. Pics on phone is small n sometimes hard to make out even after zooming in. Prefers to order directly to waitress as she can than tell us the portion size for us 6.

Literally our favourite all you can eat Japanese buffet in Sydney. Great food, great staff, great atmosphere. Nothing to complain about!

The food was good overall. Ordering was easy but the food was taking forever and i hd to reorder so many times. And towards the end once the food started to rapidly come the staff was rushing us and implying for us to finish up as soon as possible. However all staff were really nice and I understand today was a very busy day for them.

Staff very polite, we were running late but they were understanding and gave us a table as soon as we arrived.

Food was good, but some orders were missed and not served until asked and service was subpar. Overall ok.

Forgot my iced cream order, when I reminded, they give me ice cream without spoon. I wait again and didn’t come

We enjoyed the food but the noise was very loud which made it hard to communicate. We initially had a problem ordering online but after the waitress spoke to us that was fixed. We will come again!

Complete chaos, Marrickville is trialing a new ordering system. Ordering app on our mobile shows "fulfilled" without actually getting the food to our table, so we had to keep ordering the same dishes multiple times but still did not get everything we ordered.

Still enjoyable however the Menu is getting downgraded, and servings are getting smaller, resulting in longer waiting time when you have to order the same item twice.

Don’t like the loud music. No selection in which sushi roll to request as previously had ordered on other visits

Great value for Japanese, but it felts a bit understaffed, the night we were there.

always a nice place to go to , with attentive staff and good food options . Sometimes there are people having celebrations/ parties , which can be Awkward to sit next to her and enjoy the food

Great food, small serves but very fresh. Don’t be embarrassed to keep ordering until you’re full. Fun vibe for bigger groups.
