selfish parents & grandparents felt they had to bring a screaming newborn baby with them to annoy over 100 guests with the almost never ending screaming … we felt like we were trapped on a economy seat next to inconsiderate people as they didn’t give a s* it

Wow. The dining experience with my friend Charlie, was incredible. To be able to explore the menu across many dishes I'd never tried before was brilliant. Thank you both to Charlie for finding the dishes and thank you to the chefs. I'll be back.

I had to ask 4 times if my partner could have a fork to eat with ,, we waited for about 25 minutes before or order was taken .. and we never received two of the dishes we order .. so we ended up leaving.. as they said it was coming but it never came . So home we went .. I have been for a while but definitely was better service before. I’ve been when it’s been very busy and had better service . Wednesday night wasn’t that busy .. anyway .. quality of food is still great ..

I was disappointed with the fee for corkage at the table. I believe there should be only 1 corkage fee per table not per bottle. The corkage was more expensive than the wine.

Service is good, just hard to have a decent conversation due to the noise level. Don't understand why sushi dishes become half in portion when we order second & third round..

Waiters are attentive. The first order came good, but from second round onwards, all the sushi plates came in much smaller portion, like half the size! A bit disappointed! We're wondering if they ran out of food or something.

It was our first Japanese experience and we loved it!! Helena was an amazing waitress and was very helpful as we are celiac. She guided us through the menu and made sure we picked the right meals. Shes an asset to Okami!

Was brilliant . Food was fresh and service was fast . We all had a good time and ate well.

Service took to long, waited approx.. 35 minutes for our first drinks to arrive to our table and that's after asking waiters a number of times. Also the amount of food for a party of 8 was not enough. The noise levels was to high as we could not hear ourselves talk. Overall was a poor experience.

Our family really enjoy the variety of food on offer. Staff are attentive and friendly, except it is a bit noisy even we dine on a weeknight.

After we order the food. It took a long time to serve. Last time was much faster. Some staff wasn’t friendly at all. Only the male staff was friendly and smiling.

The food was fresh and plentiful. There were not enough staff on the floor to take orders, but the dishes came out quickly.

Great food, and price. Service could be better as there are only 3-4 waiters serving in an all you can eat restaurant Sometimes waiting quite a while for your food and you have to out within 90 mins.
