Please promptly address the Aircon issue! The restaurant felt like the hottest spot on the planet last night, making it impossible to savor the food while drenched in sweat. Fans proved ineffective in cooling down the temperature on a 30-degree night with 50 people in the room!

Unfortunately my dinner guest was running late but the staff made me feel at ease about it & let me order ahead, while waiting . Overall very pleasant staff at Marrickville, always good fast efficient service , with a smile . I’ll be back

The food is great. Most of them come out fast enough but we didn't get a few that we ordered, maybe went to the wrong table? As you ordered online, you just don't know if the order went through. Over all, it's a good experience. If you want to eat that much, $39.80 is worth it.

The place has no aircon which made harder to enjoy the experience on a 30 degrees day. There was no desert available. The selection of sushi, nigiri are limited. Prawn nigiri was not properly cooked. Crab nigiri is not really crab, it was crab sticks. Beef styr fried noodles portion was enough for 4 mouths full and tasted like bbq sauce The only positive thing was the salmon sashimi, it was fresh.

Okami is a great restaurant with delicious, amazing Japanese food at a fair price. The staff are very nice. It saddens me that they are going into administration, i hope they stay as long as possible!

Service was wonderful and staff were lovely. The food was tasty and well presented. However, sadly we were a little disappointed with the overall dining experience. There were multiple larger dishes that we definitely ordered that never came out. We werent able to confirm at the table what we had ordered the fact you are unable to know what you have previously ordered, once you send the order to the kitchen there is no way to see what you have ordered which gets you confused and you assume you never sent it through. Only when you go to pay will they show you and you have to quickly view the receipt and confirm the order and pay. We also ordered a round of entrees, then some drinks and after 1 dish of the entrees came we ordered some mains. The steamed rice we ordered at the very beginning didnt come until the last few minutes of dining and most of the mains we ordered came before the entrees. I had heard a lot about this restaurant and have been eager to try since we moved to the area but the experience itself was pretty disappointing.

I had a great experience, as I always have with all my previous visits. With the new QR code ordering method, the delivery of the food to the table was even more efficient than before. Service was lovely as well by all the staff.

Great spot for all you can eat Japanese. Servings are small and you cannot track your ordering on the app but otherwise we love it and will be back. Excellent value.

requires order online but the signals are really bad to connect the internet and the store does not provide wi-fi, make it difficult to order. Orders had been forgotten, orders had been doubled due to system error, not a pleased experience comparing with other Okami stores

I tried Okami in Adelaide. Seems the food is better there. I had to asked for the empty plates to be taken away all the time, no enough staff. Service was not good.

I am very disappointed. Unfortunately the food was not good. The sushi dishes were mixed with other sushi that the children didn't like. There weren't many salmon options. I really thought it was a waste of money. In my opinion they need to put more options on the menu.
