Food was good, it was hard to enjoy when there was no air circulation in the restaurant and it was busy on a warm day.

Good and delicious food but portions are now getting smaller.

We went on a night when there were many birthdays happening with plenty of patrons but the service and wait time for food and drinks was exceptional. All staff were polite and helpful and the food was great.

The food and service was good for a Buffet, But not sure why they they would impose a limit on Ice Cream and Softdrink was not included in the Buffet price, since these are both so cheap in the Supermarket.

Always a great time at Okami, Hoppers Crossing. Food's great, value for money, service is always good, even when they're busy. Only minus for this visit was that we were surrounded with families with infants and toddlers, all of whom were quite noisy at the same time. Can empathise with parents, as we had small ones at one stage. But we were surrounded by at least 3 babies, who were all not really happy being there today. But not the restaurant's fault, just luck of the draw this visit.

Kelly our hostess and the others were all equally very attentive to us. That’s why we always keep coming back once a fortnight at least.

We were seated underneath the air-conditioner which was on too cold. The food was coming out warm/cold side and then once the air-conditioner went on it our food was always cold.

All the cooked meats were way overcooked ie. Chicken karaage, Katsu and tepanyaki beef. Everything else was great.

We had a large group and it was difficult for us to keep track of who ordered what. The food came out promptly and was consistent in its delivery, but because of our meal selection issue, sometimes there was a long wait for a specific dish, not knowing someone else had claimed/eaten it. The issue was ours as the dining party AND NOT THE RESTAURANT. The staff was very accommodating, willing to check back over past orders to see what was still due on the table and what had already been delivered. We will 100% dine again, maybe in a smaller group next time though.

First time and staff were very patient and explained the process in detail before ordering. The food was very good and again the staff explained the different dishes when we ordered. It was a bit noisy as there were some large groups in the restaurant. Overall a very good experience.

Always great food here but last night was tastier than ever. Service is first class, have dined here many times with family and friends and will continue to do so. Staff is very friendly and efficient. If you want a great dining experience Okami is the place to go.

Went to dinner for our 42nd wedding anniversary. It was rather loud, but the food more than made up for that.
