This is the 3rd okami place I have visited and this is the best so far. Food was great and serving portions were enough. Service was superb and staff were very attentive. Kudos to the chef! You have the best fried rice.

Service let them down. Was told to wait a few times which was understandable as they had a big group but forgetting to come get our order was the problem. Also maybe say it’s 1.5 hours not 2 as we felt that they were kicking us out.

Every time we come here we always get put in the hallway to the toilets. My youngest son waited nearly 50mins for the only 2 things he ordered. We all had 3 servings of food before he got his after asking twice for it.

Service was disappointing, 5:30pm - 7:30pm we had received our entree at 5:45 demolished that ordered again received it 6:20pm hmmm for the price they received from us was so not worth it food though never disappoints however limiting ice cream when we have children who indulge in ice cream again was disappointing 24:90 for a child n we had 3 defs shud lay of the limits per vanilla ice cream my gosh what kind of buffet all you can eat is this totally misleading I’d take my $200+ elsewhere sorry guys your service was slow and not worth the price you charge 👍

great food, spacious setting compared to other locations. they didn't have iced chocolate though and didn't provide cutlery after we asked for it, ended up helping ourselves to getting cutlery.

me personally, this isn't my first time here and it surely hasn't failed at the quality of food and cleanliness. As for my guests I invited in which was they're first time, surely has had them in awe of the restaurants internal decor and food as well.

Wouldnt go back again because they only served ice cream one time. Also portion sizes are very small as well and we have to wait bit of time to get our next portion.

There was a moment where two staff were talking near the kitchen counter while our table was trying to grab a staff members attention, this wasn't an overall big issue, but did leave an impression on members of our party. A potential solution for customers may be in the form of an app where customers can place their table number and order their food without hassling staff who may be trying to get others orders out while hot.

I paid for 3 adults, actually we're 2 adults and 1 senior. I asked for correction but the cashier didnt want to do it and blame me that why I was not pay attention when I paid the bills. So I'm a bit dissapointed.

Food was nice, but waiting people were too busy to take orders and deliver food, I feel like they didn’t care about other things like welcoming people, take empty plates or something a little extra that customers ask.
