Our 2nd time here, food was great once again. Service was a little slow but once ordered food came out fast - very busy on Saturday night late session but worth the wait. Friendly service. Will be back 😊

Everything was great but it was quite loud. I would suggest kids colouring or some kind of entertainment

We enjoyed our meal, I'm sure we'll be back again.

Some staff ( Asian), rude. The way she talk to the customer, no manners.

No customer service ...all the staff has no manners ...no smile at all and looks so grumpy when taking orders

Really disappointing. My partner and I came in and got allocated a table. We sat down at 7:55pm and still by 8:30pm we were not approached to make our order and people who were arriving later than us were getting served. We even told a waitress as she walked past that we hadn't ordered yet and she just gave us a confused look and walked off. After waiting for over half an hour we decided to leave. The service was extremely poor, which was even more disappointing as the food looked amazing and we were really excited to try it out. We tried multiple times to get waiter's attention and even when we got up to leave, there was no one at the front desk to talk to. It felt like we were actually invisible to all staff members which made the experience very disheartening.

Good food, great service and A-MAZE-ING daifuku. The rest of the visit is just an excuse for me to get to dessert

More crowded than another branch I've been to, which explains how busy every staff was that evening and probable cause for one of the dishes we ordered not arriving. My guests however were very please with the variety and the flavoursome dishes.

Long queue outside the restaurant before we got in. So wasn’t seated until 15 minutes after beginning of sitting time. Took a while to be served because of the business of the restaurant. Didn’t get food until about 45 minutes after arrival. Food was excellent.

Table setting is horrible, table are uneven making it difficult for the middle person to dine. Request to change table and the service gone haywire from there, food send to wrong table, slow service, messed up order. Drinks we did not order but ended up in our bill. Food is great, service need to improve, if not will not dine again.

Food was ok , not a lot of flavour, service wasn’t that great not the best English so they messed up our drinks order a few time and you feel a bit hurried along wen it comes to eating and ordering

Food was lovely, staff were prompt with food service. However ,on arrival it seemed a bit disorganised to get our table with so many people at the entrance.

Very good service; the orders are taken regularly at the beginning of the seating. However, the busier it gets, the longer we seem to have to wait to place orders and receive our food. The food is always great, however, and the staff are very accommodating. We enjoy coming here.

Food was excellent. You need to book for a sitting otherwise the wait will be pretty long I’m guessing. The place was full and very busy. I would recommend going.
