Once again, thank you very much to all the freindly staff and chef. Food delivery was super fast. The Miso Steak is fantastic as tender as Wagyu beef (I'm not joking alrite). Well done chef for the consistency. I love it and will definitely go back again.

Service was slow and waiting time for service and drinks was tooooo long, the radio was so loud we couldn't talk with out yelling, which in turn made everyone yell so it was to loud

too long waiting between courses. Our last 15 minutes we still had not items we ordered when we were seated. So eating ice cream and hot meat at the same time is not nice.

We enjoyed our lunch buffet. Restaurant was newly renovated with clean dining place, everthing new. We ordered Miso Beef and requested the chef not to overcook through the waitress. The beef was perfect and tender like Wagyu beef. Well done Okami.

Staff took half an hour to take our order after we arrived. They forgot quite a few of our meal selections, we had to alert the staff when we wanted to order, basically ignored, which then further delayed our food service. Very disappointed with the service, food was pretty good though, when it did arrive.

I was very disappointed in my favourite restaurant. Took 30 minutes to be served, over an hour for our food to come out. We had to re order each item 3 times before it would be served to us. All food was cold when it was served to us, portions have gotten smaller each visit and because it took so long to be served and have our food come out, we left hungry. Extremely disappointed in Okami Hoppers Crossing.

It is pity that beef tataki wasn’t an option on the all you can eat menu. But all other options were delicious.

First visit and Booked the last slot for new year's Eve dinner. The restaurant got ventilated before we entered because it was packed in the previous slot.went into a fresh , clean space. It was worth waiting outside for 10 mins. Service was timely and with a smile from all staff. All staff were very attentive and empty plates got collected in a timely fashion to allow new dishes coming in. Food was delicious and there is something for everyone. Good value for money.They know how to make you feel a valued customer.

Okami Hoppers Crossing Absolutely FURIOUS at the poor service, so much so we walked out. We were booked for the 5:30pm seating tonight (31/12/19). We were seated by 5:35pm & order taken by 6:00pm. However, we were trying to get the attention of a waiter for 15 minutes. First serving of food brought the table at 6:40pm after asking 2 different waiters about our order. This serving was only 1 dish (sushimi) of the 4 we had ordered. It took asking 2 more waiters to get another dish (sushi rolls) another 10 minutes, then came 1 serve of seafood tempura 5 mins later, followed by the udon noodle soup another 2 mins later which was COLD. There were tables next to us that were placing their 2nd, 3rd & 4th orders & receiving the food within 5-10 minutes prior to us receiving any part of our initial order. It was very busy & I had empathy for the waitering staff, however there is something very wrong with the ordering system, table numbering or kitchen or all these areas as this was purely atrocious service. This was supposed to be a special birthday celebration but ended up being a disastrous experience.

There are not many kinds of sushi, but it is still very fresh and the steak is good, Tempura is not very good, everything else is good .

Food was top quality it was a shame that it didn't come out together. Two people where still waiting for some of their food while the rest of us where done. There should be an option for jugs of soft drink instead of just glasses.

The tempura was so oily and the sweet potato was hard to bite. The sushi wasn't fresh. I did not like the waitress who served us. There were 12 of us in the table and when Iordered she would say its already ordered...I have to insist before she took it. We ordered sashimi and it didn't arrive so after an hour we cancelled it. I dont think it was worth the price we paid. Recommend it?????
