Loved it! The food was delicious and served quickly. I love that the portion sizes are not huge so it gives you an opportunity to try more but not waste food. The staff were polite and attentive. The food we ordered was what we expected from the description in the menu. As a family of 4 with varied tastes there was something for everyone and the price was really reasonable.

Because we were a table of two and there were bigger tables around us they tended to ignore us a bit. Some of the food was just warm other things had to be asked for twice. I have been to Caroline Springs and they were more attentive

Great restaurant, would be perfect, if music was turned down, the only faults with Okami is the noise level and the slippery tiled floor. Would recommend overall.

I would not recommend for a relaxed dinner or special occasion. Spacious booths were available but booths were not permitted to be used and we were seated at rear of restaurant in cramped and noisy conditions, service was initially slow whereas we almost walked out but when food did arrive it was ok but not up to the standard I normally would enjoy. I was largely disappointed by our experience and treatment.

We arrived earlier, as it's cold outside, they let us sat inside while waiting. Food is great. Just need to serve the Miso soup a bit hot. We need to eat and enjoy food firstI as its a limited time. Its spacious and lots of parking. Thank you to all the staff. We will come back.❤🍷 Cheers..

Its good to try new local places to eat. Sadly this was a miss food wise as the dumplings were the best thing we eat. The Service staff were lovely & the loo was well furbished and clean & not gonna lie the serving wear was top notch 🍽🥢 I mean rly. The plates and cups and shit were genuinely lovely to use and clean and aestheticly pleasing. It's such a shame about the food.

I booked Okami - Hoppers Crossing to celebrate my birthday as my family and I have been there before and enjoy the food and service. Last night we were placed on a table directly under the air conditioner. I asked twice if we could be moved to another table or booth and was declined. The staff did turn turn the air conditioner then forwards the end of the meal sitting, it was turned on again. We placed next to a large group of approximately 12-15 customers who spoke quite loud and it was noisy. We had difficulty conversing due to the noise level. It would have been better if the customers were spread out more and not in one section. On the plus side, the food was good especially the sushi and the service was prompt

Service of food was quick which is great when you’re hungry! Food was deliciously tasty too! It’s just a bit noisy when place is very busy.

One of the waitresses was a bit aggressive when I tries to order which I didn’t know the name of the plate. Communication was unpleasant to me.

Fantastic. Quick service. Forgot a couple of orders, but probably to be expected in the format of the venue. We just ordered again next round. Ample serving sizes to share/taste, then just order more if you like it. Great concept and well run.

Place was not too crammed, staff cleared plates quickly and food seemed to come out fast. It may be because of the particular location but the food came out very quickly which contradicts other reviews! Food was delicious which I thought they would compromise considering it’s all you can eat. Staff seemed polite and helpful.

All you can eat and order to cook in minutes with the reasonable price, loving it, highly recommended if you’re like Japanese cuisine, only a bit noisy

Always good food. Little bit of wait time. Easy to lose track of what we’ve ordered when we are waiting long periods between dishes. Doesn’t stop us from coming back though. This is a family favourite for us :)
