Okami - Hoppers Crossing

Staff were fantastic and service was great. The noise - Well we were dining at an earlier session and there were quite a few children there also. Unfortunately, we were sat next to a table with a toddler and a baby and they cried quite a bit. Not the restaurants fault. Would happily dine here again.

All you can eat Japanese food was amazing. The service was great and quick and the food was next level!

Prawns are not good, dont order cooked prawns not cooked at all.

I rated okay because when you looking for staff to order more food it's frustrating. The last visit I rated a 5 star. Staff need to be efficient at all times.

More staff needed. Intervals between visits by the waiters is not enjoyable when there is a 20 minute interval with no food on the table. Once food is ordered it is tasty and comes promptly but will likely not dine in here again.

As has been the case in previous visits, Okami Hoppers Crossing was a wonderful time. My wife, son and I enjoyed a beautiful Japanese buffet dinner - everything came out promptly, tasted great and the service was friendly and quick. The price for eating is very reasonable, especially for Japanese food, and we'll certainly return yet again, and again, and again... :)

This was our second visit to OkamiEverything was great at the beginning but then we had an issue waiting for two of our dishes we had ordered. We waited for over 20mins and approached the desk for our order twice before we got it. The person who was also looking after our table, had completely stopped coming around to check on us altogethet. Not sure whether they were short of staff but service was disappointing on Saturday night before Mother's Day.
