Okami - Hoppers Crossing

We were squished on a table for 4 people so the seating wasn’t very comfortable for our group. I’m not sure what was going on behind the scenes but dishes kept coming to our table that were not ours and our dishes had to be reordered. They also ran out of some dishes :( I normally really like the food at Okami however some of the food last night was very over cooked so wasn’t as enjoyable.

Celebrated my cousins birthday there. Came here to eat so many times. Food is always great. Always a fun time.

Overall very good. Too noisy with other customers in confined space when there was plenty of room to space people out.

I only received one crumbed potato patty as a serve, but two serves are shown on the menu. Bit of a disappointment. All food was yummy and I will go back and recommend Omaki

Overall, with great service, food and atmosphere, Okami Hoppers Crossing has never disappointed us. Tables are cleared on a regular basis as you finish each dish. We love coming here!

The staffs are very friendly and helpful. Food was delivered reasonably fast.

The restaurant insists on squeezing 5 people onto a table for 4 even though they were only using 1/2 the restaurant and had many empty tables. That's the way we do it they said. Apparently you should book for 4 or 6 people so they can seat you properly but don't book for 5 because they feeling you can squeeze in close on the bench..The side of the table with 3 people the two people on the end are virtually on the corner and the person in the middle sits where the tables meet but don't really match up properly. It was very hard to get the waiters attention to order food at one stage we waited over 15min for the waiters to come and take an order. The service is definitely not as good as it was when they first opened. It has been like this the last 2 times we have been.

Nice food and pleasant staffs. I feel myself coming again. Great changed new Menu styles, new recipes and new desserts packs. Hope in future more new recipe

Dishes ordered were not delivered. We had to wait until almost 45 mins after ordering drinks for them to arrive. My 4th time there - worst service and embarrassing as I had 3 new visitors and this was their takeaway experience
