We enjoyed ordering from the delicious and fresh 'all you can eat' menu. Quality is excellent and service prompt and attentive. We will certainly return!

We saw a waiter spit into a serviette behind the bar twice then did not wash his hands. He then went straight to plates of food and delivered them to our table. It was really gross. The food was very bland and oily and really bad. We would never go back.

Great food good service the wine a bit pricey so I will bring my own next time overall a great time with friends and Japanese food is great

Exceeded my expectations. Great food and great service. If you are looking for a place to take a large group, I highly recommend Okami as people can order what they want off the 'all you can eat' and you won't go insane trying to split the bill. Plus you just keep ordering until you can't stand up.

Fresh delicious food. Tasty and moreish! Quick service. Lots of variety in the savoury section, though maybe more choice of desserts would be better. Will go again.

Good value for money. Food varied from very good to just good. Upstairs was very noisy but the booth downstairs was perfect for 4 of us.

We are regular customers here. Great food, attentive service, good for kids. Our only real (very minor) criticism is that the ice cream (green tea or black sesame) is limited to one small scoop per person. In an "all you can eat" setting this is quite odd especially when nothing else is limited. Plus the black sesame ice cream is AMAZINGLY good.

Okami is always reliable and delicious. Great for kids too. We had the all you can eat deal and the kids just ordered one item from the alacart menu. Perfect! Try the grilled eggplant and seafood tempura! Yum!

A good concept of all you can eat food from a good and varied menu. The food is very good and the service is friendly and efficient.

Service was attentive and well paced and the food was particularly delicious. We (2 of us) were seated upstairs at the top of the stairs which we appreciated given the restaurant was booked out with large noisy parties. Excellent value.

We are regular customers at Okami and always find it very good. The service is excellent as well and the staff friendly. The menu is great and you cannot get better value for money. The fact that they allow you to BYO wine is great, despite being fully licensed.

Overall: food great, good value for money. All female waitress efficient & helpful. The male waiter on the other hand forgot a quarter of our order. Will definitely be back.

Okami is a great Japanese food chain, and Hampton lives up to the standard. Good food, good service, at a great, all-you-can-eat price. A little crowded and noisy at the Hampton site, but good fun.

Okami is great value. The food is terrific & plenty of it. It is a busy restaurant & a little bit noisy but worth a visit.

Food was great and service was fabulous to begin with. We had to ask about 5 times over 45 minutes whether our teriyaki steak was coming and it eventually arrived with our ice cream. Still yummy anyway.

Service was very slow and portion sizes have been reduced. This may have been due to lack of staff.This experience was not as good as previous ones.

Fantastic food and is always fresh, the waitress and waiters are fast and always ready to take orders, the place does need a good renovation though, but apart from that I love it.

Always love the food, however took quite a while to receive our food. The large party who arrived after us seemed to be prioritised, receiving many dishes before our first.

okami food is plentiful and tasty. waitresses are polite and obliging. definately value for money.sushi and sushimi is made fresh to order. great ending with icecream.

Excellent, all you can Japanese for $30 odd bucks. Quality and freshness of the food is hard to beat at that price. Okami is becoming my new favorite place to eat.

The food was lovely but the atmosphere was not relaxing the staff was running around it seemed but yet it was impossible to gain anyone’s attention to order. Once we did food was slow to come and no one smiled at you just dropped the plate on the table and rushed away. So overall average.
