Overall food and service were fantastic will be going back again.

Food was fast but a bit oily for us, customer service experience was fair.

The food and service were good. Just some of the food ordered (Beef dishes) never came. In a restaurant like that it was not a big issue.

Food was fantastic and delicious we received our food before our drinks but as soon as the first plate came to the table our drinks arrived.

The food was quite cold. There was a young man doing an excellent job, however another worker was very distracted and seemed to be purposely ignoring us when we were calling her over to ask a question, for a long time.

We had a very nice meal food was very nice and wait time was minimal staff were pleasant but I do not remember any of them smiling ever but they were all polite so would definitely go back again

What a wonderful restaurant, I’d never experienced Japanese before. The setting and service, not to mention how good the food is more than enough reason to go back.

LOVED the service! The food was fresh and delicious. The room we were in was quite crowded and patrons were LOUD. Not at fault of the restaurant but I wish customers were move considerate.

Decided not purchase the all you can eat for $39.00, so I ordered the salmon and salad for $32.00. Took 35 minutes to arrive 1 small cherry tomatoe, 3 lettuce leaves, very small amount of carrint and less then a handful of salmon. Cleary this was meant as an all you can eat serve. Very disappointed will not go back.

They were very attentive and brought the meals out impossibly quickly!!!!!

Food quality and service was poor, the restaurant was very noisy and needs some sound attenuation.

In thge past, when we ordered the beef dishes, we used to get more on the plate but this time was less so we had to order the same dishes twice. Not a big deal but we did notice it. Other than that, everything was great.

I recently dined at Okami and had a mixed experience with the food and service. The Chicken Karaage was delicious, though there wasn't enough mayonnaise for sharing. The Vegetable Spring Rolls and Beef Carpaccio, a personal favorite of mine at various locations, were both tasty. However, the Grilled Chicken Wings were somewhat disappointing, lacking in flavor and served only lukewarm. The Potato Croquette, while flavorful, also suffered from being served less than hot. My dad enjoyed the Miso Soup, but we both agreed it could use more flavor. The Teriyaki Chicken, another favorite, was good once we finally received it after ordering thrice. The Teriyaki Steak had great flavor but was a bit tough to chew. The Yakiniku Beef was nice but the pieces were overly large and not fully sliced. Similarly, the Miso Steak was flavorful but tough. The Cooked Prawns were pleasant but again, served too warm. We didn't initially order the Curry Chicken but ended up trying it; it was nice, though oddly presented in a bowl with all the sauce at the bottom. Service-wise, the experience was underwhelming. It was notably slow, and we found ourselves having to wave the menu to get attention. Having been to many Okami locations, I found this particular one lacking the friendly, quick service I've come to expect from the brand. There was a sense of unease, as if our presence was a bother to the staff, and the overall service pace was frustratingly slow.
