Great little joint; food was great It got really busy after 6 but the food came really fast. The only thing to point out was that the staff were not overly friendly.

We always enjoy a family outing to Okami Greensborough. We all live and enjoy our meal . Service is great and a family favourite. . The kids set a record in how many dumplings they’ll eat 👍😍

We were placed at the back end of the restaurant which felt like I was dining in a basement.

There is was a rude staff member that made us feel unwelcome. The food/drinks took a while to arrive and we were surprised to be told that the “kitchen is closing soon” at 8:45pm for a 7:45pm session.

Drink service was extremely slow, food service very fast. We got food before our drinks order arrived. Staff were very good. The place is cramped but very good value, so we put up with the noise and congestion. Strange they don't take Amex (2.5%?) but cheerfully use delivery services for which they pay what, 30%? Will we go back? Probably although we are checking out other Japanese restaurants which are reasonably close.

The food was fantastic and it came quickly. They were very honest about all you could eat and there was never any hesitation to keep bringing you out anything you wanted. The quality was what most impressed me. I’d definitely go again.

Found a piece of metal in the food we advise the staff. Didn't find the food as good as it used to be. We did leave some food on the plates as wasn't as appetising as last time. We got charged 10.00 extra. Must of been the piece of metal

This was the first time dining at Okami, we were celebrating a birthday & couldn't have been more happy with this experience. We chose the all you can eat option and the food was exceptional.

We ate here all the time and loved it. This particular time however, we found a bug in our meal. The staff were very good about it and we didn’t have to pay for our meals. It was a shame.

The service was good although the restaurant was packed on the night that we were there. However, when we ordered the sushi & sashimi platter in the second round, one of the sushi (the egg roll) was missing and the salmon sashimi pieces were obviously smaller than the 1st one we ordered. It was a bit disappointing.

Place is crowded, we noticed some the food taste has changed since last we ate. We did not wait for our last dish as the waiting is too long. But we understand it happens during weekend.
