Being able to take the family out to dinner was Amazing. Service was fantastic and food as always spot on

Have a dinner for two with excellent food and service is superb. We shall come back with more friends.

Great service, however, a slight miscommunication between which dishes were being shared and which dishes were for 1 person. Ended up with way more food than we thought and some had to help eat dishes. But delicious nonetheless!

Have been here a few times but unfortunately have to report that this time the quality has dropped dramatically, especially compared to other locations. Food was cold and portions half the previous size. We stated we had a pram on booking and were put on a table DOWNSTAIRS right at the back which was extremely difficult to get to. Not worth the money and won’t be going back again.

The foods and service were ok but the restaurant was too crowded and noisy, too many tables for small area.

Reminds me of japan very much so.. the service is great here. I have been a few times already and I will be back with my family and friends.

Absolutely love this place will definately be back, food was amazing, staff were amazing even took the time to help my kids learn to use chopsticks and were successful the smile on both their faces after the lesson will definitely stay with me ❤

Food was lovely, but considering the time limit (6-7:30pm / 1.5hrs) the food and service was incredibly slow. I wonder if this is on purpose tbh. They also can not accommodate babies in prams. Our twin babies had a high chair each stuffed with jackets to prop them up. Was a stressful and slow experience and we left hungry believe it or not unfortunately. Worth to try again I guess cause the food was nice.

Bit busy when we went but it was still a great night

Very efficient even during a very busy night. Every dish we had was delicious!

The waitress was rude and she wasn’t giving us what we wanted to order. They stopped serving at 9:40pm and they were open till 11pm. Very disappointed especially it being a work function.

This was our first time at Okami, we really enjoyed the food, atmosphere and the staff!.

A great meal at a great price. Would recommend. :)
