The best service and 3 meals came all out together as that's the best way to eat meat or chicken with rice. Otherwise in the other okami restuarants they only bring put one dish at a time. Very highly recommended if you are in this area as we are from Melbourne and nothing compares to the service and the staff were the best ever.

As a 3 generation family of 2 adults and 3 children we had lunch at the Okami. Perfect setting, lovely food and excellent service. A very enjoyable family lunch experience. Would recommend.
Great delicious yummy Japanese food 🍱 better than I expected.
We were a group of 10. Excellent service - despite being a busy night the waitress was patient with our discussion about choices. Great food, lots of choice, quickly delivered and excellent value with all-you-can-eat. We ordered extras of the dishes we particularly liked. We'll be back!

Very good value for money, pleasant efficient staff, quick service.
Had to wait for a long time for orders to get delivered. When we came to Okami Glenunga first time in May, the orders were delivered right after ordering. Yesterday we had to wait for 20 min to have the second lot of orders delivered and then another time waited 10 min just for three ice-cream cups to be brought to our table. The eatery is understaffed for the amount of customers are attending during evening hours. Such long waiting times are unacceptable in "all-you-can-eat" setting
this restaurant is Not bad, I think I will come again.

Excellent food and service offset by the ridiculous inability to divide the total cost equally between Diners at the table (Note: this not NOT each paying individually on individual choice). Dividing TOTAL cost appears to me to be sensible adaptation of your “No Split Bill” Policy!
We visited for the all you could eat menu only to be scolded by the manager as she took our order not to order more than 2 dishes or she will have to charge us extra.Appalling way to speak to your customers, we couldn't get out of that place fast enough.
Only complaint was the noise level Everything else was excellent

Last time we celebrated a birthday there, all the restaurant lights were dimmed, happy birthday song was played and staff brought out the cake and an ice cream with a candle on it for us. Yesterday we also celebrated a birthday, the staff brought the cake out but there was no dimmed lights no birthday music which is what we were looking forward to. It felt very busy and one staff was rushed or under pressure
Visited for our anniversary, lovely evening, quick service. The umeshu was delicious and so was the cold soba
Not many choices for food. There are only sushi plate, but no sashimi alone. For other restaurants, all you-can-eat can order sashimi alone although the price a little bit higher.
It was quite noisy, but would still come back again.

Any plates except sushi were good, just that! An experience to get just one time.
Great staff… looked busy, but smiling and attentive. The place was packed tonight so everything was slower getting to the table. There was a significant queue at the till as the No split bills and credit card options played out. Everybody knows credit cards extract more from its customers, but so do delays keeping staff at the till. Why not include the 1.5% in the costs so a) the staff don’t have to tell/calculate and adjust the bill and b) the staff and customers don’t waste time fumbling for an alternative form of payment
