It was an such an amazing experience, great food, great staff.

Very good food, but service wasn’t anywhere near as good. We waited for very long periods of time for our food, and a few orders didn’t even arrive. The timing was off, so some of our table of 5 were eating while others were not. The table service was a little poor due to them being so busy, so unfortunately not able to keep up with demand. Our ice chocolates were lukewarm as well. Having said that, the food quality was good.

I really enjoyed my first visit and will most surely be going back. We were able to converse easily, the food was delicious, and had a good range of choice. Very nice for me a a vegetarian.

Great venue for a night out. Food was very good.

Food was good as always, however customer service was very poor!!! We were off in the side room at the back of the restaurant it was very hard to get the waiters attention because they rarely went in there. Had to wait a while for food because they forgot our order - no apology was given for this either.

Delicious Japanese food for the price. Super busy restaurant but staff were doing their best to service everyone. Quality of food was good for the all you can eat menu. Maybe waited too long for simple things like drinks orders and kids ice cream but overall a great experience and will definitely be back

Very quick service, food fresh and hot. Noisy but I suspect it was a lot to do with Xmas cheer.

Excellent food. Although it was unfortunate that it doesn't say anything about 2 seatings on a tuesday night. So we felt a bit rushed. And no split bills meant it was difficult for our group to pay.

Fantastic food as always, so fresh!! Quick service and polite! Only one deterrent, too noisy when full restaurant. Always recommending you!!

Have never been on the weekend. Was busy but had great atmosphere. Food came out regularly and was hot.

Always a busy place and a great vibe with everyone enjoying their dinner. Wait can be a little while if you come in right on session changeover. worth it though.

the restaurant was full of people at the 8pm sitting. booking online was easy.

We were a group of thirteen, ranging in age from teens through to their sixties. It was a great night with terrific food. Everyone enjoyed trying food from the extensive menu. All ate well, and there was lots of social interaction.

Need more training for your floor staffs. Some can't understand simple English and that's very disappointing. Bit slow service but we love your desserts the black sesame ice cream, green tea ice cream and the other sweet was amazing. Was he the owner helping for the service and tidying the table? Two thumbs up for him.

Delicious and fresh food that was great value for money. Perfect for a bigger group so you can easily split the bill and try lots of different dishes. BYO too so win win! Thanks for a great night!

Food was very yummy but took soooo long, and the waiter kept taking our food to the adjacent table, it happened 7 times....
